I really wanna love this title, however this game is still so poorly optimized that the only way it'll look good is if you max out the settings which then will turn your room into a sauna. You can lower the settings but then the game will look washed out and it gets a lot of ghosting and latency due to frame gen plus your PC still gets fairly hot (69c). It's a shame cuz the game does a lot of little things right like you gotta earn the cars in your garage, the world is a wonder to cruise around in and explore, the sense of speed is better than any other racer I've played, races are fairly challenging, the rewards aren't outrageous low or high and there's no wheelspin. I love the little interaction you can do like using the indicators, roll the windows and top down, actually enter the dealership, pop the hood, open the doors and the best part, test drive the car before buying! (All car games needs this) And then you pick the color, interior and rims, again it's all simple things that does a ton to make each and every purchase feel special. One last thing, I really love how you tap the accelerator just once to turn on the car, hear it roar or beeb (EV) in all its glory and if you tap it again it will move along slowly like an actual car would. For most ppl this might sound stupid but for a car dweep like myself this is friggin legendary! One Minus for me is that you can't use the carputer in the interior view as navigation like you could in TDU2 and then there's the obvious lag of lifestyle sim like no crips to buy and the casino straight up sucks with only slot machines to play with. But I'll be real here, I can forgive those shortcomings. Sure they all suck but they aren't gamebreaking flaws.. the optimization however is. And that is unfortunately why I can't recommend this title. It's heartbreaking really.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

milyon yıl önce yaptıkları oyun daha iyiydi resmen. Şaka gibi şu oyun bedava olmadan almayın.
i already know that this game is trash, btw on sales i wanted to give a chance. bought, downloaded, register... oh i can't cuz i don't receive email... tried more times... refund and bye
70%オフだったので買ってみたけど… ミドルスペックのPCだとカクついて遊べませんね 解像度下げれば遊べるかと思ったけどオプションに解像度設定無いし
Its so bad... i couldnt even get me to play much after the tutorial... Permanent sound bugs/music wont stop, even if i turn it all the way down. Handling and graphics are very meh. No good progression, no real car dealerships, no customizable homes. Its more like a mobile racing game... a bad one. Dont even buy on sale. Dont even buy a 5$ key. its just not good,
For years I played Test Drive Unlimited. With a steering wheel, clutch, and gearshift, it was truly exceptional, especially considering it was released in 2007. Driving on the Hawaiian island of Oʻahu was something special. Creating your own playlist and playing it on the radio, rolling down the windows - it was indescribable. Many praise TDU2, which was simply a complete disaster, at least for anyone who wanted to play it with a steering wheel. However, it did many other things right. Progressing through the game allowed you to buy more and more exclusive estates, as well as clothing. But they completely abandoned the driving experience. For me, that's the main reason to reinstall the first game. Especially because it offered more car brands, body shops, and dealerships. The community kept the game alive. After so many years, Solar Crown was released. Nothing of the original Test Drive feeling remains. The lifestyle with the cars and estates is gone. The in-game economy is very frustrating. The prices are extremely high, and everything just feels like a painful grind. Progress feels slow and tedious. The premium currency system, if you can even call it that, shouldn't exist. Progress already feels like it's in slow motion, creating an unnatural feeling. Technically, it's improved considerably after updates. However, many people are still experiencing problems, which detracts from the fun and causes frustration. Unfortunately, even the reasonably good graphics don't recapture the TDU feeling. The city looks beautiful at first, the districts are really great, but sadly nothing feels alive. The AI drivers are either Sunday drivers or Max Verstappen trying to break his own record. It's very unbalanced. The driver view and steering wheel animation have been added, and you can adjust them in the options, but they still never quite fit in the cockpit. It may be unimportant to some, but it takes away a lot of the immersion. Even after so long, this game unfortunately struggles with numerous problems. In conclusion, driving/cruising around feels good, but it will probably never reach the level of the old games, even with friends. Anyone expecting a TDU or TDU2 feeling will likely be disappointed. However, if you enjoy arcade racers, you can grab it for a few bucks during a sale.

I purchased this game upon launch not only because of the hype, but because of its known legacy. I uninstalled half a year ago due to bad optimisation and literally no force feedback on my G923 wheel. Took the liberty of downloading this game ONCE AGAIN just to see if some changes were made. The only difference so far is how much storage this game now requires to download, and for what exactly? Such an unfinished product that it could marketed as a mobile game. Jesus christ.
