Teeto and Nory aren’t the only ones in need of help. Along the way, you’ll meet a colourful cast of quirky characters, each with their own oddball dilemmas. Lend them a hand, and they might just return the favour with useful items, hidden secrets, or unexpected abilities.

If you love Ratchet & Clank or Banjo-Kazooi games, then you might also enjoy Teeto. In this game you'll play as a blob named Teeto. With your rabbit companion named Nory, you'll be platforming to new lands, solving not so hard puzzles, and using abilities that harken back to the days of creativity and innovation that we all once loved in video games. Some of the abilities has Teeto obsorbing parts of the environment such as flowers, bushes, and rock boulders to become them in order to traverse lands and/or solve puzzles. Teeto is a cozy platformer that will thrill everyone both young and old. I give Teeto a 4/5 My rating system: 1 = Horrible game. Don't even look at it. 2 = Bad game. 3 = Average. Its neither good nor bad. 4 = Worth Playing. 5 = Must play!
I'm only a few levels in, but I've been enjoying the story and characters so far. The news segment at the beginning set a great tone for the game, and I always enjoy when media can mix the silly and serious without worry. The fact that I encountered a cheery-looking berry that opined about its upcoming fate to be eaten did a great job showing off that duality. The platforming also feels nice, as it uses the ability to double jump and glide to help offset how Teeto seems to have an unexpected weight to him. The fact that he can just safely splat on the ground after falling goes well with how quick the drop feels when trying to hop up. The absorption mechanic is also fun to mess around with in order to solve environmental puzzles, and sometimes just for the appearance changes. The fact that one of the collectibles are called "Michaels" is also good for a laugh, and seeing the differences between them is a great way to help motivate further exploration.

[h2]Surprisingly Silly And Fun[/h2] I was initially drawn to Teeto not for the gameplay, but for the charisma of the Australian voice actor for Nory, which turned out to be a great decision. If you enjoy classics like Spyro or Banjo-Kazooie, you’ll feel right at home here. Teeto is the kind of game that radiates warmth, clearly crafted with love (it almost feels like it was made for the developer’s own kids, who make adorable cameos as character voices and even collectibles). The levels are short and sweet: you can finish a full chapter of six stages in about 45 minutes, and every act feels cozy and inviting. Literally, it felt so nice to be talked to directly as a player. I found myself genuinely laughing and smiling at the lighthearted, always downright silly moments, something I haven’t experienced from a game in a long time. The atmosphere is wholesome and perfect for players of all ages, but clearly meant for the impressionable. There are a few minor bugs (and one bigger issue I ran into during the shadow rooftop escape), but they’re easy to overlook when the stages are this short and the rest of the experience is so fun and positive. I wholeheartedly recommend Teeto to anyone looking for a simple, family-friendly platformer that is sure to leave you full of joy. Love it
I have absolutely been sucked into this world and grown emotionally attached to the little Michaels. The amount of times I squeaked or snorted from laughing or something catching me by surprise was so wonderful. I am so excited to finish the story and 100% achievement this. I don't normally like platformers as they don't feel the best or I loose a lot of stuff from dying but this is a wonderful hand feel and I don't get as frustrated when I die! Thank you Eat Pant Games for a 10/10!
Not the most challenging or mechanically complex 3D platformer out there, and a bit buggy in areas, but if you're looking for more of a comfy and charming 3D platformer (or want a game to introduce someone to the genre), this'd be a good pick! It feels good to control, the Kirby-esque ability system is used quite well, the variety in level locales for such a small dev team is very impressive, the gags got a good laugh out of me quite a few times, and the last couple boss fights were pretty fun!
Fantastic game. A lot of fun for anyone who enjoys platformer. Game is made with a lot of love and passion, and it clearly shows. To the devs: Please consider making it so that Teeto always moves at full speed if the left stick is pushed to the furthest it can go. The second it takes to build up to full speed is quite frustrating especially during the platforming parts that require solid momentum. Neverthelss, congratulations on a lovely game.
Good game, simple and yet very fun 3d platformer, a collectathon-lite. Feels good to control, easy to master since you have all your movement abilities since the start Story is acceptably good, all characters are dubbed. No dialog overstay it's welcome and all characters are quirky in their own way. Small-ish game though, took me less than 9h to 100%, maybe wait for a good discount.
Ein kleiner liebevoller Plattformer, mit spaßigen kleinen mechaniken. Paar nette Eastereggs sind auch dabei. Einziger kleiner negativpunkt sind paar wenige bugs, gerade im coop...aber nichts, was sich mit einem Levelneustart nicht lösen lässt
I noticed some other reviews mention this, but I also bought this game because of the devs’ post about the PlayStation trailer. I didn’t know about this game, but I’ve been looking to play more platformers, so I decided to give this one a try. I’m really glad I did because this is a very fun, cozy, creative, and engaging platformer that’s well worth your time. It’s very reminiscent of 3D platformers like Spyro and Banjo Kazooie, and it really captures that classic platforming charm.
