Splintered Fate immediately grabbed my attention the second it booted up. As soon as I hit the rooftops, I was immersed into the world. I felt such nostalgia from when I was a kid playing on the Super Nintendo, sitting on a couch with my cousins playing Turtles in Time. Granted this is a roguelike and not the arcade game that was, the experience of being able to choose my character, the difficulty, and the overall experience brought me such joy. If you are a fan of any type of roguelike games, I think you will definitely enjoy this game. Sure, there is a slight learning curve, and there are definitely some characters and upgrades that are better than others. Still, it is so much fun to explore and try out different builds and variety. I would highly recommend playing through a few times and beating the game before going online. You can get spoiled pretty easily playing in a group, especially If the host has already beaten the game. I hope more story related content gets released because my only downside is the story is definitely incomplete, and there is so much more they can do.

Great Game! An Awesome Action Roguelike! Fans of TMNT will love it! But You don't have to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan to enjoy the game. Endless replay ability. Often described as Hades with couch Co-op and Online Co-op. Great controls, played with a controller, runs perfect on the Steam Deck, play alone or with friends, Small storage requirements, really good soundtrack and art style.

With excellent art, solid character writing and excellent voice acting: Even a player who is new into rogulike's can have a good time with Splintered Fate. A solid game for anyone who is a fan of TMNT as well with plenty of characters who remain true to the source material.

Hades but TMNT, love the multiplayer.
