Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is not good. First of all, it provides nothing of substance in terms of gameplay. It's just one of those mindless Skylanders-type kids' games. It's also pretty broken (at least in multiplayer), with random invisible walls halting your progress (and sometimes a softlock or two). The game also looks pretty bad tbh. The artstyle they were going for would be... mid-to-okay, if the execution wasn't so budget. The character designs grossed me out with how ugly they are, although they did kinda grow on me. The soundtrack isn't bad tho. Having said all that, I really enjoyed playing this game together with my friend. Half of that was laughing at how ridiculously bad all those previous parts were. But the other half was this game's one true quality: the writing. The script is actually peak. Some people might not like it because it's very modernized and appealing to kids (many modern day references), but idunno we enjoyed it. It actually had some pretty real moments in certain character interactions, and the plot also had us surprisingly hooked to keep playing. Then why, if I had such a good experience with this game, am I giving it a negative review? Well, because I want to be honest towards anyone reading it. I don't wanna act like this is a good product. But it doesn't have to be a good product (for me) to enjoy it. I just had the luck of playing this with the perfect friend for it, and had tons of fun. But if you're going to buy this game for the game itself, I wouldn't necessarily recommend. That's all. Another case of "if only Steam had a 'mixed' review option"... Update: I have now seen the movie this is based after, and I can say with confidence that I really really liked it! This game follows that universe pretty well. So the conceptualization/direction is not the issue. It's definitely just that this game didn't get the budget it needed. The artstyle for example, I thought was great in the movie and really shined there. But yeah no in the game it doesn't really. The top tier writing is the only thing that was albe to be properly carried over from the movie to the game within the budget they were given.

I went into this with an open mind and because it's pretty difficult for me to find anything I don't have fun with. This game is a very 2000's movie licensed game, most comparable to battle for bikini bottom, even in the social and exploration aspects, but more so inspired by persona, and madagascar. The reviews and marketing don't do justice to what the game actually has to offer and that's a soft persona and 2000's licensed games inspired rpg beat em up platformer. A mouthful but it's a bit of everything. There are actually quite a few different location, akin to mario and shredders revenge, and each one has enough exploration, socializing, and quests to keep you having fun. I loved the style of this universe from the start but it took a bit to want more from the modern take. I rewatched the film, have been binging tales of the tmnt, and I have really grown fond of this intepretation. It even got me to finally start giving rise of the tmnt a chance beyond the movie which I thought was great. As tmnt fans know there has been an extreme shortage of tmnt games and each time we get one in 3D it feels incomplete and you could say that for this one too but it's a fun, chill, artistically pleasing experience. It is a great intro for kids to these types of games - and adults - and if you grew up on 2000s games, especially tmnt 2003, the arcade games, battle for bikini bottom, and mutants in manhattan, you'll appreciate the similarities. This universe already has 3 entries and the cast have really great and natural chemistry. So personally if you are up for a blend of genres, a chill experience, and have been craving a tmnt rpg of sorts, I recommend trying this but do not pay full price. 20 is fine when it's sale but I'm sure it will eventually go down to 15 or under. There are even multiple skins, including casual and action figure designs that you can add for free by looking up the codes. On the negative side, yes the camera will sometimes collide with trees and fences but in very few instances and mostly at the beginning. The most annoying poor design decision so far has been some collectibles getting stuck behind invisible walls. There are some areas where you need to avoid obstacles like cars while fighting enemies and some of the enemies drop collectibles but since they can be pushed toward the invisible wall, the collectibles get stuck behind them. This could have been solved by having the collectibles either not be able to penetrate the walls or bounce back. Overally it's fun and takes me back and I'm looking forward to hopefully getting a full fledged tmnt rpg and more games from this universe that will surely include an open world.
this game as two player only is unjust .
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is an energetic licensed action adventure that builds upon the world and tone introduced in the Mutant Mayhem era, translating the franchise’s youthful energy into a colorful, accessible 3D beat ’em up experience. Developed by AHEARTFULOFGAMES and published by Outright Games Ltd., the game places players in control of Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo as they confront a rising population of newly mutated outsiders threatening the balance of New York City. The story functions more as a framework than a driving force, providing context for the action while emphasizing camaraderie, humor, and the turtles’ shared sense of responsibility, making it approachable even for players unfamiliar with recent TMNT films or shows. At its core, the gameplay revolves around third-person brawling that blends classic beat ’em up sensibilities with light modern embellishments. Combat is immediate and readable, favoring straightforward combos, crowd control, and special abilities over complex systems. Each turtle is differentiated by weapon reach, speed, and combat rhythm, encouraging players to experiment and swap characters depending on preference or situation. While these distinctions add flavor, the underlying mechanics remain relatively simple, and prolonged play reveals a loop that rarely evolves beyond its initial introduction. Encounters are frequent and often satisfying in short bursts, but the lack of deeper combo systems or enemy behaviors means combat can begin to feel routine rather than increasingly challenging. Exploration and mission structure attempt to add variety by sending players across different neighborhoods of New York, completing main objectives alongside optional side activities. These range from clearing enemy zones to performing lighter, often humorous tasks that reinforce the franchise’s playful identity. Progression systems allow for modest upgrades and skill enhancements, giving a sense of forward momentum as abilities unlock and characters grow slightly stronger. However, these systems remain surface-level, offering incremental improvements rather than transformative changes, and as a result they feel more supportive than essential. The game is clearly designed to remain accessible to younger players, prioritizing ease of play and steady rewards over mechanical depth. One of the game’s strongest elements is its presentation. The stylized visuals capture a youthful, graffiti-inspired aesthetic that aligns well with the modern TMNT identity, making environments and characters pop with exaggerated proportions and bold colors. Animations are expressive, particularly during combat and cutscenes, helping to sell the turtles’ personalities and sibling dynamic. Voice acting and sound design further reinforce this charm, delivering performances that feel lively and sincere without overstaying their welcome. These elements work together to ensure that even when gameplay repetition sets in, the overall experience remains visually engaging and tonally consistent. That said, technical and pacing issues occasionally undermine the experience. Loading screens can interrupt the flow of exploration, and camera behavior during combat sometimes struggles to keep all action clearly framed, particularly in enclosed spaces. Enemy variety is limited, leading to frequent reuse of the same mutant archetypes with only minor variations, which contributes to the sense of repetition over time. None of these problems are game-breaking, but they collectively prevent the game from achieving the level of polish seen in stronger entries within the genre. Ultimately, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed succeeds as a friendly, franchise-faithful action game that emphasizes fun, cooperation, and personality over innovation. Its approachable combat, colorful presentation, and lighthearted tone make it well-suited for younger audiences, casual players, and fans looking to spend time with the turtles in a modern setting. While it may not satisfy players seeking a deep or mechanically demanding brawler, it delivers a consistently enjoyable experience rooted in the spirit of teamwork and humor that defines the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As a result, it stands as a solid, if modest, addition to the franchise’s long history of video game adaptations. Rating: 5/10
i couldnt play it any longer.. its so easy and the turtles didnt feel like the turtles i grew up watching when i was a kid.. you have to load every 30 seconds... they are friends with bebop and rocksteady .. really?
THERE is so much dialog it's like a cartoon more than a game. I'm not sure their is a way to change the difficulty. I went in blind with this one. It's okay. seems like Ninja Gaiden: Yaibo yes it has WOKE dialog. I could be mad at that but, the art style and nostalgia is winning at the moment.
The game is full of bugs.. bought it for my kids to play co op. but they quit furious and full og anger due to rly bad game xp. The camera movement is bad and you keep running or jumping into invisible walls due to your partner being behind or skipped a part due to catch up mechanics so you have to run back to do it again before the invisible walls will be gone and you can proceed with the game.
I gotta say, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was really fun for me for the first time in a long while. It totally brought back those good old Activision vibes, like Deadpool, Spider-Man, and stuff like that.
