Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"My phone works fine, but I can't make any calls with it" -Guy who doesn't know what phones originated from (yes, this is an actual line in the game).
Realistic tech support simulator, but I have to report a bug where I got rewarded for doing good work. Never happened to me in the actual job. Please patch. Other than that, it's better managed than my last workplace.
work in tech....now im paranoid
had a good time with this overall +fun little gameplay loop to get stuck in for a while. i imagine the experience of telling everyone to turn it off and on again is 10/10 tech support accuracy +nice progression of difficulty. every time a new process was introduced and i thought 'dang this takes ages and it's a liiiiiittle bit annoying', turned out there was an upgrade that did it for me automatically. nice :) +good soundtrack +i like the b-plots? the a-plot is a tech corp v whitehat hacker thing which is fine if a bit fairly standard, but there are some good substories that crop up. i really liked how the family stuff played out-i'm definitely overanalyzing it, but it was kind of delightfully fked to see a situation that would normally be extremely high emotion just play out coldly over a distance in emails. excellent 419 scam in there as well +the 'unlock this phone or else' bit deserves its own pro, fantastically done +the little jimmy tables gag deserves its own pro as well. incredible. well worth the bsod +lots of endings -getting all the endings is really annoying and i'm not going to do it. some of them depend on making a slightly different choice on the final day, and the game saves its state once you've got an ending, so you can't just restart the final day and play a bit differently for the next ending. also can't return to earlier days. gameplay loop is fun, but not so much that i'm playing the whole dang game 15+ times over for all the endings -why do these dorks keep calling me and then just sit there not telling me what the problem is , and then when i ask, it's "idk man my phone just doesn't work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ " as if that explains anything, just p r o v i d e me with the d e Ta ils you walnut. maybe this is also 10/10 tech support accuracy -extremely unpolished. ran into more than one instance of "hmm you mishandled this, you should have done unnamedsolution " or times where i got pulled up for not asking what the problem is/how it happened, even though i did. doesn't look like the game is getting updated any more either, so don't expect fixes -the interface only allows a limited set of responses, which works well for the tech support calls, but then actual conversations start happening and you have to navigate it by asking 'so what's the problem? :)' and 'just reboot!' and yes/no answers, and it's almost a cool idea. but more than once it took a lot of trial and error for me to properly finish a scripted conversation just because i couldn't figure out what it wanted me to say next, like the last thing said to me didn't naturally follow into anything else. had the whitehat on the line for like 8+ minutes lmao but yeah apart from the cons list being longer than the pros it's a good little game lmao, got it for £1.89 or something so can't complain. recommend for one or two playthroughs
