About
Teamfight Manager returns with more detailed tactics and management, along with a new MOBA-style match format. Take charge of a fictional esports team, build the strongest roster, and become the best manager!
Strategically utilize dozens of newly introduced champions alongside the original champions from Teamfight Manager. Many skills of existing champions have also changed, so careful review will be essential for victory.
The match map and rules have been changed. Matches now take place on a MOBA-style map, where you must properly combine top, jungle, mid, bot, and support to destroy the enemy Relic first and claim victory. Show your ability as a manager through more detailed Team Tactics and Personal Tactics.
A new game mode, Deathmatch, has been added. On a small map with no minions and no objectives, matches are decided purely through combat, without recalls or healing. The team with more kills within the time limit wins, and with laning and macro play removed, players' raw fighting ability and champion composition directly determine the outcome. Set the match time and player count (2 vs 2 to 5 vs 5) as you like, and enjoy fast, explosive matches reminiscent of the teamfights from the previous title.
Keep a close eye on Solo Rank and matches between other teams, and recruit outstanding players. Each player has highly varied attributes that have a major impact on matches. Unlike the previous title, player attributes do not affect numerical values such as actual damage, but instead influence decision-making and control through AI differentiation. This allows players to feel more like real professional athletes. If you recruit strong players at a low cost through negotiation, you will be able to operate your team efficiently.
Create and enjoy a wide variety of content through the Steam Workshop, including new champions, teams, players, and even maps and tournaments. Every season can feel fresh.
In addition, various content and improvements are prepared to help you immerse yourself as the manager of an esports team.
Throughout Early Access, we will continue providing updates with new champions and new content shaped by your feedback, making the game even better over time.

The game is very fun for me as someone who enjoys simulation games as well as MOBA esports. It can be very overwhelming at the start and you'll make a lot of mistakes so I highly suggest you make your first team with the sole intention of just learning the game, and then making a new team after that season ends so you can really do things the way you want. There's a lot to learn but the default settings are usually pretty good for beginners, just don't overthink it, the game is pretty good with tips & advice. For a game that is mostly just critical thinking and planning, it's actually surprisingly captivating and entertaining. Your role is mostly to try to put your team in the best position possible since once the game starts, you can't control anything. Champ select becomes a chess match since picks/bans have so much more meaning and sometimes will be the deciding factor in the outcomes of the games. If you want some longevity out of the game, don't search anything up. Learn the meta, good team comps, and counter picks on your own, it's much more rewarding and gets you really into the game. If you're struggling, I prefer dive comps with champs that have dashes. It's really fun getting to know your players since they sometimes have pocket picks, every player has different strengths and weaknesses and it's best to just figure those things out on your own. I could go on and on about this game, but you honestly just have to try it for yourself. If you like critical thinking and planning, this is for you. If you're just one of those "tell me what to do" gamers, you won't find much enjoyment in this game. GLHF :)
The game is fun and it's getting better with the patches.
For one, I just wanna say as an avid fan of the first team fight manager game, while 2 is more complex, it is a much more in depth and complex experience I was frankly hoping the original had, especially regarding patch updates and strategy. The adaptation to the meta is still there but now requires extra thought to actually build around, that gameplay loop and management is very engaging. However with this game being in early access I would like to say, I wish the tier classification system could have a menu to allow for looking at it like a standard tier list, furthermore I hope the actual game simulation would have the option to actually show where your champions are going or how the tactics are actually being played out (arrows or circles and the like). Aside from that I am exited and thrilled to be along for the ride of how this game continues to grow and improve.
