About
Originally released in 1983 by Games Workshop, Talisman is an iconic fantasy board game where players roll dice to explore a land filled with perilous quests, enemies and challenges, battling to be the first to the center of the board.
In 2008, the Revised 4th Edition of Talisman was released and went on to become a beloved version of the game within the Talisman community. Talisman: Digital Classic Edition is the officially licensed digital adaptation of that Revised 4th Edition version, featuring the full ruleset and access to all the expansions and content released for the Revised 4th Edition.

In Talisman, you choose from a roster of characters who have unique strengths, weaknesses and special abilities. Select your adventurer carefully as their skills could be the key to you getting your hands on the mighty Crown of Command. A magical artifact that holds the power to destroy all rivals, the Crown of Command has the power to make the bearer the true ruler of the kingdom.
Your adventure to the Crown of Command won’t be an easy one. You’ll need courage, patience and some good dice rolls to survive the dangers you will face. Deadly monsters, tricky traps and magical disasters will try and stop you at every turn!
Grab up to 5 friends online or locally and delve into a Talisman adventure! Online games can be saved and continued at a later date if needed, so no need to worry about time limits! Or if you fancy looking your opponents in the eyes as you face them in deadly combat, Talisman: Digital Classic Edition can also be played in hot-seat mode.

Do you see yourself as Good, Neutral or Evil? Depending on which character you decide to play they’ll have a pre-set alignment which can change how you will interact with spaces. However, alignment can be changed throughout the game if you encounter certain cards or spaces.

As you adventure through Talisman anything could happen… Most spaces on the board will require you to draw one or more Adventure Cards. These cards could reveal an Event, Follower, Enemy, Places, Stranger or Objects which could include powerful weapons or magical artifacts.
Adventure Cards are critical to building your character’s inventory and becoming more powerful.

Before you head to claim the Crown of Command, you need to make sure you’re powerful enough! The challenge ahead isn’t an easy one, the Inner Region is fraught with danger and creatures with high Strength and Craft.
Levelling up your characters Strength, Craft, Lives, Fate, and Gold isn’t too difficult, but you can lose it just as quickly…. You can pick up resources by earning Trophies, visiting certain Place Cards or spaces on the board or through the Objects you find.
When you’re strong enough it’s time to climb the steep steps up to the Crown of Command, where you can conquer all and rule your kingdom.
Talisman is a game like no other… Are you ready to do what it takes to rule the land?

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Best game for friends ever <3
I have written a negative review for this game SO MANY TIMES and CONVENIENTLY they keep being deleted off Steam. In short - this is nothing like your childhood memory of the board game. The dev's have taken liberties with some of the rules, and worse some of the most broken combos of the table top version are exploitable within this very poorly coded version (example: in the board game expansion Talisman City, there was a couple of additions that made you unkillable by the Crown of Command: a companion that, if you spent 1 gold, would heal one of your lost lives - and there was an object that granted you 1 free gold at the beginning of every turn. The Crown of Command space in the centre of the board (the goal) has the person there roll a D6 and on a 4+ every other player loses 1 life. Every turn the person with the healer companion and the object heals one life, regardless of the Crown of Command landing a 4+ or not, making the goal utterly pointless. I've played such games where I've had to LEAVE the crown of command, exit the inner region and HUNT DOWN PLAYERS that won't take the L. And that's just ONE busted combo.) With the physical version, you can at least make gentleman's agreements not to use certain things, or ban certain characters. In this YOU CAN'T. Worse, the AI players are set up to hunt human players mercilessly. Got 3 strength? If one of them has 1 point higher, they see you as a viable target. They will gank you, and make your experience a bad one. Don't bother with this, play the physical version if you're feeling nostalgic.
👍👍👍👍
