Simple but fun, nicely updated on regular basis and I mean a proper update changing how you play. Works smooth
good game
In my ~20 hours of play time i have beaten the game on godking with 3 different factions and could easily do the same with all the others. While this game is enjoyable because of how simplistic it is compared to total war games, that also leads to it becoming very formulaic when you understand the "meta" I don't feel a need to interact with terrain at all during battles, let alone the powerup areas outside of the first handful of battles on the hardest difficulty. Hero traits honestly don't shape the way i play at all, they would be great for self imposed rule runs, but not much more. The level up/tiering system could use some balancing imo. gold tier commons can't compete with even basic rares. This doesn't feel good and makes army building come down to picking high rarity units rather than making the choice between gathering weaker units to level them up vs grabbing a rare that is just better. Is this game worth $20? Eh maybe? I could squeeze out another 5-10 hours going for godking on all the factions and unlocking the hidden ones, but the gameplay loop as of right now doesn't feel rewarding enough to do so

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game itself is quite fun, mixing Total Warhammer gameplay with rougue-like mechanics was a winning combination. It's not perfect (sieges) but the good far outweighs the bad in regards to gameplay. Unfortunately the game is also horribly optimized and crashes my computer constantly. Something that I have to blame on the developer since I can run Total Warhammer 3 and other demanding games fine, albeit with a bit of tweaking. Hopefully it'll get fixed and I can give it a recommend but if the months of people complaining on the forums is any indication it won't be anytime soon.
Отличная игра на пару вечеров. А с последующими обновами можно время от времени опять заходить.
Fun game looking forward for the dev to add things works suprisingly well on the steam deck. I think what I would love to see is different biomes, more tactical AI and different fortifications.
Its just so boring. It copies several games (slay the spire, inscryption, total war) but fails to deliver any meaningful amount of fun. Its the same gameplay over and over with passable graphics. Nope.
坏消息:缝合游戏,杀戮尖塔、全战等游戏的影子都能看见。 好消息:全缝了 战争类游戏热爱者绝对会喜欢,别烂尾。
A very good Total War-like roguelike. Many different factions, cool schticks for both factions and commanders (each faction has two commanders), currently there are eight factions, and their number might grow up to ten. It becomes quite challenging on harder difficulty levels due to enemy units having comparable tiers and prestige class to your army. In essense, it is quite simple. It might feel a bit frustrating before you grab a few upgrades from the main menu in order to be able to keep all the shish you discover on your quest. Magic system is to be implemented soon too. The game is very cute and I enjoyed sinking a few hours into it. I think it is great and I love its policy of no DLCs and the whole videogame being one big piece of software driven by passion for simple Total War-like battles.
