A short story-driven horror game with a worn VHS finish. Move into the last house on Sycamore Street, unpack, meet the neighbor, and find out why the dog won't go near the attic. After dark, hide in the wardrobe, watch through the slats, and try to get a phone signal.

Actually fun game. It looks super cool, the story is good, the only thing I would like is for it to be longer!

https://youtu.be/50RlmjDQds4 really enjoyed your game! (Playthrough Above)
Enjoy this cinematic gameplay interpretation then experience the full game yourself and support the creator. https://youtu.be/gQrLQxThKNk Overall, I really enjoyed Sycamore End! The game has a fantastic setup and an incredible, tense atmosphere that builds perfectly up to the twist at the very end. The aesthetic choice of the worn VHS tape styling really adds a great layer of dread to the experience. Regarding gameplay flow, I did feel like there were a few pacing issues. Moments like the neighbor encounter and the cafe conversation felt a bit too static and dragged on a little long, even with the inclusion of voice acting. For future projects, relying more on visual cues and environmental storytelling rather than dense blocks of text would be a huge plus (the classic "show, don't tell" approach). The house itself was creepy and well-designed, and I think utilizing the environment more to drive those narrative beats would have amplified the horror. That being said, the game was a ton of fun to play through. Because of the great atmospheric bones it has, I actually had a blast editing my footage down into a streamlined, cinematic movie interpretation for my channel! You have a lot of talent, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing whatever game you create next!
some of the dialogue didnt make any sense. but the idea of the game is creepy. honestly, game was just ok
For a first game, actual W. Story is quite good, really enjoyed it, didn't get bored like some other horrors. My only thing would be that it's a little scuffy and there's some glitches here and there like walking through all the houses in the neighbourhood at one point but like u prob shouldn't get sidetracked like that i'm just tweakin. Really good atmosphere and decent voice acting too ! For $3, i enjoyed my time. (Snake on the fone was the best ♥♥♥♥ swear down) Make more games, you cooked. 7/10
Un bon jeu !!! La trad FR est assez moyenne et parfis on ne comprend pas forcement tout ce que l'on peut lire. Ca reste cependant assez efficace et on a passe un bon petit moment. NOTE DE LA MN 7/10
.
I can't really recommend this game. There are so many problems to this game that I can't find it acceptable to say it's a good game One, you have voice acting but then some parts the characters have no voice or they do have voice but say differently from their dialogues. I feel like maybe you just prefer to not have voice acting for the whole game but if that is the case then maybe it's better to not have voice acting at all Second, you kinda spoil what the twist at the main menu itself so like what is the point of "Surprising" us with the twist when you already tell us so the mystery and horror are gone for me The only thing I like is that you put a dog in the game which I like and thank you for letting us to pet the dog
