Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 7 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Swords 'n Magic and Stuff is a cozy, cooperative, open world RPG centered around the joy of discovery.
Start your journey as a hopeful hero on their way to Tirawyn, a land of adventure. But along the way your ship is boarded by an orc warband and you're thrown into a dungeon with your childhood friend. Escape your captors and head out into a large open world to write your own story.

Swords 'n Magic and Stuff is all about exploration and adventure. Explore a densely packed, hand-crafted, open world and reignite your sense of discovery as you uncover new secrets around every corner.
Go it alone or bring along all of your friends in a cooperative online multiplayer experience featuring a simple multiplayer lobby system or host your own dedicated server. With locally saved characters, you carry your progress to your friends' servers so you never have to start over.

Who says cozy RPG's can't have depth? Swords 'n Magic's combat system is fluid, fun and action focused. Strafe, dodge, parry and attack without ever being rooted in place.
Combat is based around 6 different classes you can level up independently by simply using the different weapons tied to them. Dual wield any weapons you like and mix and match your gear to fine tune your playstyle. Become a splash potion-slinging rogue, a necromancer warrior, or even a bardic healer. The limit is your own creativity.

Swords 'n Magic and Stuff offers over 1500 unique items to discover and collect as you adventure through the world.
Dig through piles of dirt to discover bait for fishing, seeds for planting or magic cubes for donating to evil cults. Discover new chests each day with a randomized, respawning chest system that ensures you've always got new loot to plunder as you explore.
And the best part? All the loot is local to you, so you never have to fight over it with your friends.

Swords 'n Magic has hundreds of quests. Some quests are fetch quests, some are kill quests and some require you to lure hundreds of angry bees into the arms of a bee fanatic for a big, cozy bee hug.
Discover loads of secret quests by reading stashed away books, stumbling through hidden doors or paying close attention to the hundreds of NPC's all with unique dialog. Questing in Swords 'n Magic is as much of an adventure as anything else and it's not always laid out directly in front of you.

No RPG would be complete without the ability to craft. Swords 'n Magic and Stuff offers several crafting skills to level up, including blacksmithing, carpentry, tailoring, cooking, farming and alchemy.
Discover new recipes by leveling up your craft, visiting different shops, looting chests or completing quests. Harvest resources with tools, pick plants and herbs, start a farming empire or enjoy the simple life fishing on the local pond.

Discover plots of land for sale scattered all around Tirawyn. Buy one (or all of them) and stake your claim to your own little safe haven. Use blueprints for buildable structures to construct your first home, or design it from the ground up.
With a grid-free decoration system, you can freely decorate your plots however you see fit with hundreds of unique collectible furniture items. Want to cover your entire house in gems? Build a museum to show off rare items? Design a tavern for you and your friends to come back to after an adventure? Go for it.

Swords 'n Magic and Stuff was designed from the ground up with a more casual experience in mind. As a husband and wife dev team, we have very different tastes in games at times.
Swords 'n Magic is a love letter to the gamer couples out there who are looking for a cozy life sim game with a heaping helping of exploration and action combat. As avid MMO players, we know what the grind to get the most desirable gear can be like, and Swords 'n Magic promises to make that grind far more casual, being friendly to busy schedules and short attention spans.
Swords 'n Magic and Stuff was a successfully funded Kickstarter game that owes its existence to our incredible community! We work hard to listen to the feedback of our players and implement it into the continuous development of this game.

Loved playing this with my wife. It reminds me so much of the joy I got out of Oldschool Runescape when I was younger. Lots of quests everywhere. Plenty of skills to gather ingredients for and grind. And the lowpoly artstyle makes it really timeless. It has a little bit of an MMO feeling to it while being much more relaxed. Much love has gone into this and it is noticeable. A great game that is best played with a friend (or several). A hidden game that I hope will leave EA one day but has many hours of content as it is already
Haven't played a lot yet, but I can tell it was made with tons of heart. I love this game, playing it with my girlfriend is fantastic

Super fun cozy game that keeps surprising me! Just when I think I’ve seen it all a whole new area opens up. Highly recommend and can’t wait to see what they come up with next! My wife and I have been enjoying our time!
its okay ig
One of the best RPG game out there.
The best RPG couple game on the planet. I bought the game five or six years ago and gave it a try, but it was still relatively unfinished back then, so I waited for the final release. Unfortunately, even after all this time, that hasn’t happened yet, so I finally decided to dive into the game. Very important: Of course, not alone! One of this game’s greatest strengths is also its greatest weakness. At first glance, the game seems like a totally simple game that doesn’t have much to offer... but the more you get into it, the more you’re surprised anew every time. It’s important to talk to every NPC, read through what they say, and keep your eyes open—otherwise, you’ll miss half the game. It’s one of the few games where I’m afraid to keep playing because I don’t want it to end.
I have looked very hard to find an adventuring game for many years after Skyrim. It was difficult. Soulcrushing. And then I find Swords 'n Magic and Stuff. And I fell in love with it. It triggered my nostalgia for the old PlayStation 2 platformers and adventure games. The artstyle is beautiful and colourful. The gameplay promotes the freedom of choice. The dialogue is humourous and not overly-complicated. The consideration for older hardware is also a very positive addition. I look forward to seeing more and doing more with my friends in this absolute wonder of a game. Give it a go, relax the shoulders and head out on an adventure of your own!
A neat game full of love and attention by its creators. Looking forward to see what the full release entails after finishing most of the currently released content. I was surprised by how much there was to discover through exploration instead of following a quest marker. Like one instace where i just tried diving into a random body of water to discover one of the best shields the game has to offer. Overall a cozy game that I played solo, but it's probably even better with friends where you can collaborate and complete each others playstyles with the different weapon classes available.
I play a lot of openworld survivalcraft stuff, and 90% are either good products or polished up slop. This game is neither, it is instead the elusive 3rd type, a passion project, let me give you some examples: - you find a mid-tier gear upgrade from exploring around and sell it, well you just missed out on an unique reward because a certain event would had been triggered or an NPC would had loved to see or have this (this has happened to me like 4 times already that I can recall) - you can build a house from scratch and furnish it with like idk 100-300 unique furniture items - a couple quests have secret ways of solving them, make sure to think about what you're doing and read the dialogue - you walk in a random direction and explore every nook and cranny, and you WILL find at least one thing that was intentionally put there to be found, be it a quest or an item or something else - there are hundreds of cosmetics to find and unlock, and I'm pretty sure I've still permanently missed some even though I've played about 90h across 2 characters by now - there are multiple seasonal events and random daily events with unique quests and unlockables I don't usually bother with reviews but this game is just criminally underrated, if you like openworld survivalcraft stuff, cozy games or RPGs you should give this game a chance.
