Frustatingly addictive and chaotic, especially with the Bonus Surgeries. Surgeon Simulator places you in the hands (or hand) of Nigel Burke with a very simple goal in mind: perform surgery. Your first and mostly only patient, Bob, needs a heart transplant, and you need to remove and install his new organ. With a desk full of medical tools (and a few construction and office supplies), there are plenty paths to choose on how to cut up your friend. And after you're done, you can also try doing the same thing but while moving through the hospital halls, or at the back of an ambulance. Maybe even check your desk for easter eggs; or perhaps hone your skills by practicing a lot, since you're only going to be using your left hand the whole game (right one if you activate left-handed mode). I've always wanted to play this game thanks to youtubers making videos about it, and boy am I glad I could finally do it! Now, for the achievements: [SPOILERS] PINKY SWEAR and GO FOR THE OPTICS are only unlockable if you REMOVE THE ANNIVERSARY DLC (at least for me they were). All of the other achievements are really just silly things you can do like flip off your patient or throw the brain like a basketball inside the skull. However, most surgeries will have a BLOOD or TIME requirement, so here are a few tips I got from suffering for hours: 1. Keep the Green Syringe at the ready on BLOOD runs; 2. Memorize the points where you cut, they'll always be the same; 3. Learn to grab knives and blades by their tips, thus making cutting smoother; 4. In HEART surgery, you only need to cut the left ribs and remove the left lung; 5. In KIDNEY surgery, on TIME runs, just use the Kidney blade (Karambit looking blade); 6. In BRAIN surgery, use Handsaw for little loss of BLOOD, Hammer for TIME, and always use the scissors to cut; 7. In EYE surgery, you can use the pencil for NO BLOOD LOSS and ease of use, however, the scissors you used to cut the straps on the sides can also be used for easy eye removal; 8. Also in EYE surgery, you can punch the patient when their eyes are popped out to easily expose the muscles and nerves; 9. Again in EYE surgery, you can generally cut the eyes out easily by spinning the blade around the eye nerve, useful on TIME runs; 10. Lastly in EYE surgery, pinch the new eyeballs with only two fingers and rotate your hand to facilitate putting them in (just aim and punch them in); 11. In TEETH surgery, use the Drill for precision, Tiny Hammer for TIME; 12. In the ALIEN surgery, on Gobbleshaft operation, DO NOT CUT THE VEINS, cut only the whole organ; 13. Also in the ALIEN surgery, on Birgirspallex operation, ignore what the wiki says, you just have to operate the Robbaloraz (confusing, I know); 14. On TF2 surgery, use the Bat to remove the Ribcage (it can remove it whole if you aim right) and the Handsaw to remove with little loss of BLOOD; 15. On TRUMP surgery, A++ requires using the laser on the middle of the ribs, a little bit of the hammer to remove the second and third left rib, the small hand to use the knife and finally just put the heart in (no need to remove the other one); 16. Also on TRUMP surgery, getting to $1M in operation costs requires hitting him on the head with the Golden Axe, giving him the Vodka to ease the bleeding, then scraping the ribs until you get access to finish the operation, and then, finally, a little bit more scraping for the last few thousands (It's all RNG, Good Luck); 17. SUE THE AMBULANCE DRIVER (even a baby drives better).
