Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Jul 21 → 1.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great open ended RPG with fantastic prose, Lovecraftian vibes with London-in-the-Sky, mining time itself to fuel the wheels of industry. What will your captain's ambition be? To write the Song of the Sky? To uncover the mystery of why the stars are disappearing one by one? Or just to get filthy rich and retire in obscene luxury? It's all there in the skies...

Excellent writing, immersive hand-drawn art, improved combat system from the first game - what's not to like? If you liked Sunless Seas, you owe it to yourself to play this.

I’m sorry, but this is SO. BORING. you wander around aimlessly, with an incredibly slow train, just to read some random ♥♥♥♥ stories about weird british stuff. Maybe if you’re into Harry Potter, Galactic Guide and that kind of modern british culture/literature the stories might be worth the lack of a proper game behind them for you. Otherwise don’t bother. If you still like unconventional storytelling, Cultist Simulator is way much better than this.
Gorgeous visuals and incredible storytelling. I had some issues saving my game files, but I'm unsure if that was a problem with this game or with my computer. Either way, I was able to fix it with the troubleshooting guides.
A train in space; makes perfect sense!
It's very well-written, but traveling in this open world is incredibly slow, and there's a lot of traveling to be done. Feels like this could have been better served strictly as a VizNov.
Beautiful and evocative combination of visual novel and *kind of* sandbox trade/fight/explore games like Elite and Pirates. The meat is the stories, the gameplay between that is fairly simplistic at face value but there are a few layers of complexity that will catch newcomers out. A lot of enjoyable content, though you will play through some of it multiple times if you want to see and do everything, due to the nature of using multiple captains built into the mechanics.
..
I think this game is very good, and for some people will be even better than its predecessor. For me, though, it's the lesser of the two. The ports in this game have a lot less going on than in Sunless Sea. Still, this is a great game, and the presentation and combat are much improved.
