Lost progress due to bugs and poor customer service Played this game for several seasons and several months. Collected a lot of keys and many many st*pid achievements like staying in a single lane for a long time. Everything lost because of a data loss from their backend when I reinstalled the app. Contacted customer support. They reply once in an eternity. When they do they just rage bait me by asking for info that is already easily available to them. Received zero assistance and they only make you wait a long time to respond with something absolutely non-sensical asking for screenshots. Bro you are customer support. Why do you ask me stuff that you clearly have access to? Why the rage bait? It’s been months since I have been waiting for resolution.
