Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great atmosphere, horrible gameplay. You play through 3 unrelated short stories that form somewhat of a cohesive story with the final chapter. The parts where you type to a console are abysmal. The little puzzle are fine but you mostly feel greatful for not having the typing sections. At times the game can create chilling moments where you really feel on edge, then it makes you play the typing parts and all your excitement vanish as you question why you put yourself through all this. Get the game if you can grit through the boring parts which is most of the gameplay. It is a short ride so you won't suffer much. And take my advise and don't shy away from getting help when you are stuck, developers poor desing and implementation are not your fault.

Really unique, fairly short game. Exploring a anthology of short stories through puzzles and text adventure. Had a good time.
Spoiler alert: The entire game is someone's subconscious guilt over a drunken car accident, manifesting as 4 mini scenarios that waste your time. Because no horror game has done this before, make you play through a game only to debase it for crappy fiction. Silent Hill 2 - it's his guilt over euthanizing his wife! This is storytelling for 17 year-olds.
Super original, experiencia increíble.
Stories Untold is a text-based horror game that tells a terrifying story. Terrifying for a variety of reasons - one being the incredible sound design, another being the unique but cohesive visual atmospheres, and yet another being the nature of the puzzles you may encounter (puzzles which are challenging enough to be engaging, but not so incredibly challenging that you have absolutely no clue what to do next. They're truly very well designed!). But the thing that's scariest about this game is that, in spite of the fantastical scenarios and wild, strange, unnerving adventures, it leaves you with the haunting realization that it could very well happen at any point to any person out here in the real world. 10/10, one of my favorite horror experiences. Well done, dev(s)!
I expected a fun little compilation of weird little games. I got a surprisingly deep and hard-hitting narrative wrapped into a very unique package regarding its structure and mechanics. I got a lot more than I bargained for. And I couldn't be happier about that. I won't get into too much detail, but the first three chapters present the player with fresh, intriguing and downright fun experiences that do not skimp on the horror side of things. If the screenshots or trailers brought you here to read this, yes, you will get what you expect, and then some. And while I can see how the fourth chapter can be divisive, I "enjoyed" my time with it very much. Now those quotation marks? They are there to remind you that you are still dealing with a psychological horror game here, and, as I said in the beginning, a surprisingly hard-hitting one. And even moreso, one you should definitely play.
A great game with flaws. The game itself is cool, creepy, atmospheric, and the mystery intrigues. four different stories, with puzzles in each you have to solve. The story itself is really good at first, although I'm not sure the fourth one really makes the game end well. My issues are that the typing games are just tedious. You have to phrase things JUST right, or else it won't understand what you want. It also doesn't always do the best job of pointing out what you need to do next. The second and third stories were fun, with cool gameplay that made it very interesting. Again though with the typing is not fun. Overall, a simple, cheap game that you can 100% in a few hours. I did find myself using a guide more than I should have needed to, but its a decent story and a game that isn't always bad.
A painfully short but incredible little horror game. A lot of the gameplay is reminiscent of, obviously, old text adventures, some elements remind me of Mike Klubnika's Unsorted Horror games, specifically Control Room Alpha and The Other Side, so if you loved those, you'll love this game too. Very great audio and visual design for a limited amount of space the game takes place in (love the keyboard noises!!!), and incredible attention to detail - the first game, upon a second go, makes noises reflective of the actions you take in the game, in-game! How cool is that! A definite recommend from me! The only complaint is it's a bit short, hence I 100% it in 2-3 hours, so maybe get it on a sale.
