Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 50.5/day in the week to Jul 16 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem is a charming little top-down shooter that punches above its weight for the price — the hand-drawn doodle art and hilariously improvised voice sound effects give it a personality most budget games lack. The bullet-hell gameplay is genuinely fun early on, and grinding for upgrades between levels keeps you engaged for a good while. That said, honesty demands noting that once you've cleared a handful of stages, you've essentially seen the game's full bag of tricks — there are only a handful of map templates and the enemy variety is thin, so the back half starts to drag. If you can snag it on sale for under a dollar, it's a solid time-killer for an afternoon and worth having in the library for those 'just five more minutes' sessions.

I recommend getting this game on sale. Is simple and fun, but can get quite repetitive if you trying to get all the achievements for this game. As some of those achievements, you can only get them by playing a long session of it, which is the part where it gets tedious and repetitive. But if you are not planning to do that, is an overall short fun experience.

State of Anarchy Complete: Master of Mayhem is a fast-paced top-down shooter developed and published by Lapovich Team that embraces pure arcade chaos over realism or narrative complexity. Framed around a city spiraling into madness, the game throws players into relentless combat scenarios filled with rioters, criminals, and even alien invaders, creating a deliberately absurd backdrop for nonstop action. Rather than grounding itself in story-driven progression, it focuses almost entirely on delivering energetic firefights, exaggerated destruction, and a steady stream of explosive encounters. At its core, the gameplay revolves around classic run-and-gun mechanics viewed from a top-down perspective. Movement is constant and essential; standing still almost always leads to being overwhelmed. Enemies flood the screen in waves, and success depends on maintaining awareness, dodging incoming fire, and responding quickly with an arsenal that steadily expands as the game progresses. The pacing is unapologetically arcade-like, rewarding reflexes and aggressive playstyles. While the early stages ease players into the flow of combat, later levels demand sharper positioning and better weapon management as enemy density increases. One of the standout features is the sheer variety of weaponry available. With dozens of firearms and unconventional tools of destruction to unlock and experiment with, the game constantly refreshes its combat feel. Some weapons emphasize raw damage output, while others prioritize rate of fire or crowd control. This variety prevents monotony and encourages experimentation, as certain weapons perform better against specific enemy types or bosses. In addition to on-foot shooting segments, some levels introduce vehicles, including cars and even spacecraft, which add variety to movement and shift the rhythm of combat. Visually, the game adopts a distinctive doodle-inspired art style. Characters and environments appear hand-drawn, giving the chaos a playful and somewhat cartoonish tone. This aesthetic choice reinforces the game’s over-the-top premise and keeps the violence from feeling too grounded or grim. While the graphics may appear simplistic at first glance, they serve the gameplay well by keeping visual information clear and readable during intense firefights. Explosions, projectiles, and enemies are easy to distinguish, which is critical in a fast-paced shooter. Progression comes in the form of unlocking new weapons, upgrading abilities, and overcoming increasingly difficult enemy formations. Boss battles punctuate the campaign, offering larger-scale confrontations that test everything learned in prior levels. These encounters often require pattern recognition and precise movement rather than brute force alone. While the upgrade system is relatively straightforward, it adds enough customization to keep players invested across multiple stages. The overall structure offers a respectable amount of content for its scope. Dozens of levels provide several hours of action, especially for completionists aiming to unlock achievements and fully upgrade their arsenal. The difficulty curve strikes a balance between accessibility and challenge, though some repetition inevitably emerges due to the straightforward core loop. Players who enjoy short bursts of arcade action will likely find the repetition less noticeable, as the gameplay is well-suited to quick sessions. Sound design complements the high-energy gameplay with upbeat rock-inspired tracks and punchy sound effects. Gunfire feels impactful, and explosions carry enough weight to maintain immersion. The soundtrack reinforces the sense of urgency and keeps momentum high during extended play sessions. While not elaborate, the audio supports the game’s identity effectively. Overall, State of Anarchy Complete: Master of Mayhem succeeds as a budget-friendly, chaos-driven shooter that prioritizes fun over polish. It does not aim to redefine the top-down shooter genre, nor does it rely on deep narrative or intricate mechanics. Instead, it offers straightforward, satisfying action wrapped in a quirky visual style. For players who appreciate arcade intensity, diverse weapon options, and fast-paced gameplay that rewards reflexes and adaptability, it delivers an energetic and accessible experience that lives up to its title’s promise of mayhem. Rating: 8/10
Totally reminds me of old-school top-down shooters with a fun little twist. The power-ups are epic, and the way everything just goes full crazy mode keeps me hooked! 🔥💥 Don’t expect deep stories, just endless mayhem!
