Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I think lazy sums it up. Honestly, this is a $2 game.
cheap game but what you pay for beyond whats contained in the demo is a slap in the face imho. theres no good QoL incoming and the endgame system feels very rushed, adding only arbitrary timing gates instead of interesting mechanics. what youll deal with is repeatedly resetting your progress, micromanaging everything while you already wait for the next thing only because activating it too early would ruin your run despite all modifiers being there and that right up until the end. very imbalanced pacing at that unfortunately as well.

I am so confused by how many negative reviews there are. I personally enjoy this and as a clicker game I give it a 10/10. My only complaint is it's not longer. Plus you can play the demo, why play the demo then buy the game just to give it a bad review.. Hmm..
First 3 hours were enjoyable, then it got annoying. The price and time scaling for items are way too aggressive. It is possible to ♥♥♥♥ up a run beyond saving especially in the mid game. The first 2 times it's ok because you get enough things in the prestige system to make it worthwhile. But on the 2 last runs it gets very long for no reason (Especially if you when with the manual boost perks) and going back to the prestige system wont do any good as you probably aren't getting enough points to make a difference if you were to get back there. If the pace kept on going same as the early game it would've been nice Also, even after the fix, i think the less than 30 perks still doesn't work
Simple sci-fi premise, executed exceptionally well. This is the game I always wanted SPACEPLAN to be. If you're a fan of Isaac Arthur's YouTube channel, this experience pairs with it brilliantly. His videos explore how humanity might use known science—given effectively limitless resources—to construct colossal megastructures and transform entire solar systems. Starvester captures that same sense of ambition and wonder by allowing players to get a taste for doing the same. At its core, it's a straightforward incremental/idler, but the steady unfolding of new mechanics and ever-larger engineering projects keeps the experience engaging. What begins as a modest mining operation gradually evolves into harvesting worlds, constructing sci-fi superstructures, colonizing a solar system, and beyond. It's a clean, satisfying progression loop that constantly gives you something bigger to work toward. If the idea of turning a star system into an industrial machine appeals to you but you don't feel like getting bogged down with grand strategy mechanics, Starvester delivers.
late-game it gives you a spaceship with which you can collect drones from planets, but you can't do anything with them until much later, effectively getting you stuck with no working drones on your planets so you can't get to that later stage without them. Who thought about allowing this self-handicap?
actually just a stupid game to 100%
.
Really fun game; lots of little idler mechanics but I rarely felt like I was waiting until the very end. Great balance of progression. Fantastic art; I really love this game, its just fun and calming. I finished it in one long sitting but I loved every moment of it.
