This one is very much for the fans of Starship Troopers. It borrows here and there from the movies and the anime, without acknowledging the more outlandish aspects of later live action movies, not the book. So no planet destroying bombs and no Sky Marshall except Diennes even if Juan Rico does hold the grade of General and has the eyepatch. As a game ST:UBW is fine, it's not going to reinvent the wheel and its also not all that memorable apart from the levels that directly reference the first movie like Camp Curry (Basic training), Zegama Beach, Klendathu and Planet P. 10/10 for nostalgia hit 5/10 gameplay. BTW: Yes it is possible to duplicate the grenade scene from the first movie, it takes some effort though.
Genuinely everything I could ask for in a Starship Troopers game. Reminds me a lot of EDF

It's a really fun single-player campaign set in the Starship Troopers universe, with lots of call-backs to the original film. I especially like calling down all the devastating air bombardments. It's chaotic explosive power-fantasy fun.
