It's a really fun single-player campaign set in the Starship Troopers universe, with lots of call-backs to the original film. I especially like calling down all the devastating air bombardments. It's chaotic explosive power-fantasy fun.

Faithful addition to the StarShip Troopers IP. Does get extremely repetitive, You do the same objectives every level... but at least its fun. But if your a fan of Starship Troopers its definitley a go. No bugs or any tech issues encountered. 7/10
I'm from buenos aires and i say kill em all! Awesome boomer shooter in the starship troopers universe we all love. Id like if they went a little crazier/creative with maybe some new bug enemy designs, same with the guns. But overall I'd say a bit much price wise for the game, I would wait on a sale. Je ne peux pas dire que je me sois réellement amusé sur le jeu malheureusement. Pour moi, et peut être pour d'autres, je pourrais qualifier ça d'un sous Helldiver. Les cutscenes humoristiques sont ok tier sans non plus être drôle et le gameplay n'est pas fun. Tu spawn sur une map, tu as 3 objectifs et tu repars. c'est vraiment le "métro, boulot, dodo" gameplay. Cependant les phases en insectes sont asses sympa pour le souligner. Tu rush tu zigouilles et ça c'est fun!
Starship Troopers Ultimate Bug War is really everything I’ve wanted out of a single player Starship Troopers FPS. It’s a great, albeit short, dive into an IP I am happy is getting more attention. First and foremost, I’m so glad we have a ST game in which we can FINALLY play as the bugs. The bug campaign is a standalone experience that flips the script on what you’d expect from a ST game. I loved running around as a big bug and smashing the Federation. I really wanted ST Terran Command to allow for bug gameplay but I was disappointed that it was not included. The live action cutscenes that showcase the return of Iconic movie actors are welcome, even if they are substantively confusing. The game is self-aware, encouraging the player to continue through the game as some sort of training, and don’t follow the storyline of the player’s character. They were a nice addition to the game. The Human campaign missions are open world affairs, tasking the player with objectives scattered around a big open map. All the iconic weapons are present and able to be used, as well as the cool mechs! Shooting feels good and the bugs are fantastically well represented and have a ton of variants! There is more bug variety than ST Extermination, which is cool. I really enjoyed this game and would recommend it to fans of ST who want a fun FPS to play that doesn’t take itself too seriously or overstay its welcome.
