Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

i wanted Star Wars XCom and instead i got Star Wars Marvel Midnight Suns / XCom which isn't something i personally find worth complaining about. it's pretty clearly on the lower side of budget (again, very Marvel Midnight Suns. i think this is a game that any major publisher would view as a niche title on a good day despite the license.) but it does a lot with what it has and is overall a satisfying experience if you don't live in a world where everything needs to be presented as The Big AAA Game Of The Season. gameplay fun, story fun, performances are good, characters are all nicely likable which is super rare in a game like this - just a good little package.
Great game

The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I think overall I would recommend this game, after a solid patch. Unlike most people, I haven't had a ton of performance related issues. But I have faced a lot of bugs and balances issues so far while playing this. One of the most consistent ones so far has been the random freezing in the middle of missions, which has caused me to repeat missions more than once. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for why this happens. I even had an instance where it froze me on the main menu of the game when I pressed 'continue'. It makes me want to slow down playing because it feels like there's a 1 in 4 chance I'll have to repeat the mission. I have also noticed that the enemies seem to just out DPS you and have bullet-sponge levels of health. Usually this wouldn't be the biggest problem, but the RNG of some of the missions means one mission you might get the B squad of 'oops all battle droids' or you get the A squad of here's every super battle droid and melee fighter we have, both of which will knock out your operators help by about 50-75% per attack. You get luck if you can get 25% damage on them in return. It kind of forces me into a constant cycle of move 1 ap, shoot 1 ap, overwatch 1 ap, which I understand it part of the XCOM formula, but it shouldn't feel required for every single operator to use. The worst part is that the overwatch's area coverage is currently bugged, I have had about 1 in 4 situations where an enemy strolls right through an overwatch and nothing happens. The economy in game is weird, don't get me wrong, you'll get credits, but there's rarely been a chance to spend them on anything but ship upgrades or medical beds (why are medical beds a cost? I own them, I own the droid who uses them, why am I being charged for this?). Often times good utility or weapons mods just slip away on the black market. It seems like I can never stay above 500 credits. Lastly, the weapons and operators classes seem like they need a balance pass. You can certainly make a lot of different builds work, but it seems in doing things with certain weapons or operators, you're wholly missing out on some element you need to be successful. I think something that exacerbates this is not necessarily knowing what you're up against in a lot of missions. I have operators who are good at fighting droids and others that are good at fighting people. What enemies will the mission contain? Who knows but either your droid poppers and ion upgrades will be useful or they won't, really kind of random and hard to anticpate anything. I can understand not knowing at the beginning, but as the game progresses and so does my intel/ship abilities, shouldn't I be more aware of what's there? Y'know like they did in XCOM when you would upgrade your intelligence center? Overall, I'm just at point of frustration with this game, these issues just make a really good experience result in a bitter taste in your mouth.
Game is fun to play. However there are some microstutters, and some bugs.
A couple of bugs here and there, but overall, the game is very enjoyable. It’s a little light on features, but at this price point, I think that’s justified. Basically, Also it's Star Wars XCOM and that’s a pretty great thing. 7/10

Immersive star wars story. Fun characters and missions. Also game is very reasonable price, no micro transactions, no launcher, great QoL features.
is good
I would rate the game about 75-80/100. Overall it is fun. Pros * combat * story * graphics * general vibe of the game * good value for price Cons * bond system is highly unintuitive and punishing * poor enemy variety * poor weapon variety * illusion of depth with class system * melee is in the game but not really supported More details below: The story and the characters are well written. The setting and vibe set you up as if you are really part of a fun mercenary band. Even the custom companions get dialogue, appear in base, and feel part of the team. There are about 8-10 total classes, with multi-classing available. The game lets you freely change between them between missions. This sounds great and flexible, however, the actual power of your character comes from the bond system, not from your class. The bond system is how you increase damage, health, and other key stats as meta progression between missions. This system is intended to be simple and therefore hides a lot of the detail about how it works from the player. However, in practice, it is very complicated. Per unit caps on how much bond per mission. Your class influences which joint training you are offered, and so on. None of these can be respecced, so even though you can change classes freely, you absolutely can gimp your run. This system is so sneakily bad that I did a second playthrough before finishing my first to "fix" my build. I went from 50 HP and struggling to kill enemies to 100 by the same point in time. This required bee-lining certain upgrades and recruiting a mass roster of mercenaries to sit on the bench and become friends. There are only 4 weapon types you can choose from. Sniper, rifle, repeater, and pistol. They all feel quite similar, but the balance between them drifts as the game progresses. Combat itself is fun. The cover bonuses, range limitations, and more create an engaging dynamic. Enemy variety is quite low, and you will see the same enemies over and over.
Fun game, leans well into the genre and Star Wars. Definitely needs more polish though. If you like SW and turn based games, I easily recommend it!
