[h1]My Review of Squirrel with a Gun[/h1] This I think I found to be the worlds jankiest 3D platformer I've ever played. I'd type up a full review, but this game is just so odd I don't really have enough to say about this game to make a full length review I might change this later. So far, this game is jank the video game. Atleast that's what I'm getting after playing this for my first 3 hrs at the time of this review, every mechanic is implemented well enough just not polished that much to make it satisfying. The guns are fun to mess around with and work decently well and using them to fling yourself upward is a really cool idea and works beautifully. I only wish that getting guns worked somewhat more like GTA where once you unlock it you keep it on you forever in a weapon wheel ready to use at any moment instead of constantly searching for a weapon everytime you reload the game. The driving mechanics feel really loose and odd to the point that just backing up for a mere second throws your mini car into doing a full 360 which is so frustrating and trying to control the vehicle in the air doesn't feel any better. I can at least say driving straight feels fine and I don't lose control going forward and turning. I can see why others say this game isn't worth the actual price it's listed for because this game genuinely feels like it's worth less than $10 cad to me. I recommend only getting this on a sale if you ask me. I like the concept and the ideas are fun(ny) just the execution feels somewhat missing some polish to really make it feel fun to play.
