This is an internet classic, if you watched Youtube in its golden era (2014-2019) you know this beautiful game. It has a very simple, iconic and new concept, a giant hounted house with 1000 floors that you need to explore, owned by Spooky, a cute ghost girl. This would lead you to believe this will either be a hidden horror game that is super terrifying and corrupted or a very cute and relaxing game but it´s actually somewhere between. It starts chill and very boring but it slowly starts getting creepy, but never that high. It has interesting and different enemies and some variation on levels although I have to say they are very repetitive, specially since they are more than 1000. The story is short and pretty simple but it's divided over the whole game and the dlcs and it´s actually pretty emotional and good, talking about guilt, a man trying to control life and afterlife and the results of messing with spiritual beings. It has a nice cute-horror combo that makes this game very special and iconic and the characters, although very few, are pretty nice and relevant, specially Spooky and her father. The mechanics are simple but work, nothing to really say about it. The map, as I said already, is very repetitive, but that, plus the fact that the environments are very scary and liminal, make the game feel almost like the backrooms, that really build up tension, specially when near enemies or the end of the game, and there are levels that are truly scary like the basement of the hospital dlc and the deer levels, as well as the high school. The game is very short, but it's definitely worth the play and the 3 bucks or so you'll need to buy it, plus the story will probably interest you enough to watch some videos and replay some sections of the game so I encourage you to play it. 7.5/10 The good ending of the Spooky Dollhouse dlc is very beautiful and heartwarming, I highly reccomend you go for that one if you play.
