Spirit City: Lofi Sessions

If you are a fan of productivity games I found it to be the best one I played yet. Its essentially gamified lofi girl, where you use clues to figure out of to unlock your next spirit (Think pokemon collecting). You have to match the unlock conditions to begin unloxking your spirits after that game to work and enjoy the music. One of my favorite parts is the ability to load my own music files and play them or use a youtube vdeo as the background music, I like lofi girl but this is a productivity game and when we're talking productivity Mind Amend on youtube is the place to go to lock in. However it has what you need to be productive, a to do list that gives XP when you complete a task, Timers so you can have customized work blocks and break timers.

Absolutely love the vibe of this game. There’s something really nostalgic about Spirit City, it feels like stepping into your own cozy little world where you can just exist for a while. The music is great, super relaxing, and perfect for having on in the background while you chill or unwind. One of my favorite parts is the spirits you can collect, they’re adorable and add just enough excitement without making the game feel stressful or grindy. It keeps everything light, cozy, and fun. The customization is also one of the best parts. Being able to design your space, your character, and the overall vibe is what really makes it feel personal. You’re not just sitting in a preset environment, you’re creating your own little comfort zone, which is where the game really shines. The productivity tools (journal, to-do list, timer) are a nice bonus. I don’t personally use them much, but I like that they’re there if I ever want to. It makes the experience flexible depending on your mood. My only small wish would be the ability to integrate Spotify or play your own music directly, especially for those times when you just want to hang out in your space with your own playlists too somehow. Overall, this isn’t really a “game” in the traditional sense, it’s more of a cozy companion space. If you’re into relaxing, lofi vibes, cute collectibles, and creating your own aesthetic environment, this is 100% worth it.

I've always been dubious of "productivity apps" but Spirit City has enough genuine content to be well worth the asking price. I spend so much time dressing up my avatar and decorating my room that I don't get any of the tasks on my to-do list done, but at least I'm enjoying myself. The art is really pleasing, especially the backgrounds. It's cute, its charming, and it's fun. Sometimes, it's even gorgeous. I do wish there were ways to get currency faster, since it falls off pretty fast after you find all the spirit companions, but I'm not too bothered about spending time in game to earn more.

Just a very cozy game. I like playing it after playing more intense titles since it can kinda act as a mental reset. 7/10 would recommend.

i start playing this game during art session and it rly is a life changing, the rain and fireplace sound make it extremely comfortable & cozy , totally recommend as a bg noise the fact you can pick ur own youtube music make it extremely enjoyable too ( sadly there is ads ) . Totally getting the dlc's in the future

Fun and aesthetically pleasing. It is basically a scheduling/organization/journaling app with design and decoration elements rolled in as well. There is also a spirit hunting portion in the game that keeps it from getting boring. It has a lot of useful functions. I use it to make lists, set timers, and journal. I keep it running with the lofi music when I am cleaning and doing other tasks to accumulate point tickets. I got it on sale, so it was definitely worth the price. The dlc is very cute too.

Es ist nicht direkt ein Spiel, eher eine gemütliche Hintergrund Berauschung, die man individualisieren kann und man kann süße Monsterchen Sammeln. Es gibt auch To-Do Listen und einen Pomo Doro Tracker, die ich beide gerne nutze. Die Sounds können ganz auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden (Regen ist mein Favorit). Es gibt auch einen Gewohnheiten Tracker, zu dem ich allerdings nichts sagen kann, da ich ihn nicht nutze. Alles in allem tut es für mich, was es soll und ich liebe es.
