SPINGUN is a "manic two-button arcade shooter". Two buttons. One spaceship. Zero chance to survive.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 15 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Fly your ship and shoot using two buttons only. Sounds tricky right? Because it is.
Spingun is a 2D retro pixel "spacewar/moon lander" ripoff with a gimmick. Instead of reasonable controls, the developer decided only left and right arrow will work. Left arrow gives a little thrust to the left, right to the right. Alternating this will propel you like a fish. Tapping both left and right shoots your weapon. Collect weapon upgrades and shoot the baddies. It's a massive failure in game design if, lacking the competence to create decent graphics, compelling story or gameplay, interactive content, or any of the elements that successful games bring to the table, you instead decide that you should rip off games from the late 1970's but make the controls worse, because you think players like bashing their hands on two keys like demented chimpanzees. The retro pixel graphics are lazy and bad enough, but this game gets a thumbs down for the developers sheer misunderstanding of the correct species attributed to PC gamers.

PLAY THIS GAME, i got it for 2.50 and spent the next day only seeing little shapes and shooting, my fingers were cramping and i was starting to hallucinate, this game took my life for 2 days, i was crying, yelling and celebrating though all the pain and completion. I LOVE IT
positive: nice little indie game with creative concept negative: gets boring pretty fast positive: you have fun playing it again next day ;)
Spingun is a shoot em up game where the only notable thing about it is its obtuse control scheme, limiting yourself to only two buttons is a gimmick that actively works against the game, the game isn't fun because the control scheme is a hassle to play with, and there just isn't enough game here to make it a worthwhile endeavor to figure out the control scheme.
Too much RNG for such a small arena. Enemies will spawn on top of your pickups constantly
This game is very similar to David. However, unlike with David, I don't feel in control of my character, which is the worst thing that a game can do. So *do* get david, and *don't* get this.
I love games that feel really weird to play at first but when it finally clicks you feel like a genius also, there's quite a bit of content here for only two bucks
