For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The dopamine hits when your run comes together are nearly unmatched. Derivative of a lot of other games in the genre (complimentary, honestly), but with enough unique aspects to keep me coming back.
Scratches the slay the spire itch, I love the randomness of what I can play each round, I like the mechanics (filling with dice vs having odds or evens or specific numbers) and the effects. Overall this is a great, fun, game.
I've bought it on 14.08.2025, 2:09 am, according to my run history I've had 2 runs on Aug 14 and 1 on Aug 15. Same night on 14.08.2025 at 5:48 am (don't ask) I've bought steam release of The Bazaar and Stelle dlc and apparently got distracted. I have 3.5 hours total until I remembered about this game on Aug 24 (so, 14 more hours in 2 days). I'm only beginning to unlock new things but so far it feels really variable in terms of heroes/builds and upgrade paths. Hopefully, will come back with more in-depth analysis once I'm more familiar with what it has to offer.
Addictive with surprisingly complex strategy (particularly the air and fire heroes). Maybe I'm just a sucker for elemental magic and rolling lots of d6s, but I absolutely loved this. There are many unique strategies to master, nice art direction and sound design, and it feels like a genuine triumph to complete a run. Forewarning, there is a pretty detailed pictograph system for the different mechanics, which takes awhile to master; I enjoyed the process, but it's worth noting. Also, some of the later game challenges/run modes are not explained well, and you may need to google them.
It's good for a couple of hours (or 3, in my case) but... no. Just no. The main idea of combining dice and spells is interesting but a lot of other things feels like the devs did not fully grasp what made Slay the Spire great. It comes out mainly in minor things like, for example, when the black Ooze splits it doesn't cancel its attacks. So what's the point? The levels are quite short but you can only equip 5 spells initially so it kind of works not having that many upgrades. There are a lot of effects flying around in every battle, a bit like in Menace from the Deep (a better game than Spellrogue, all in all), and it demands more effort to keep track of everything. I really enjoyed the graphics and the art, full 5 stars on that account. I also liked the strange world the game is set in. None of the enemies, sans the big Scarab, were your typical fantasy/magic world foes. Very inventive. Summarising, I think the game just needs... some sort of rework, I don't know how to put it.
Really fun game. Not exactly a deckbuilder like the tags suggest - it's a loadout system where each turn you roll dice to use as resources to cast the spells. In general, the aim is to create a spell engine that's can Block enough to survive, and then Attack or scale damage in some way to ultimately kill the enemies. Utility spells help with generating more resources (dice), or manipulating them in a way that gives your strategy more consistency. Shards increase the size of your spell loadout, giving you more flexibility, or can be slotted into spells directly to improve them in one of two ways. Artifacts give you conditional bonuses you can build around as well. Classes are each unique with their own sets of spells and mechanics. Huge variety of starting spell loadouts and artifacts for each class. Daily challenges, unlockable , and Descent, a progession of difficulty modifiers give the game a large amount of playability. Sound and aesthetic design is good enough. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the game, even at full price. Getting your engine running and making it smooth and consistent is a huge amount of fun. It's good enough to hold its own and earn its place among the best turn-based roguelikes.
I appreciate that the primary randomness is d6s and that they are always d6s. Feels more fun to have all your spells out as opposed to hoping to draw them like most games in this genre. Each dude plays different and has mostly different spells. Also great. Plays with a good number of mechanics per mage.
good game, cant complain especially if you get it in a sale
Lots of interesting mechanics, satisfying combos. Progression is a bit slow.
