About
Space Engineers is an open world sandbox game about designing, building and testing your own space machines. Construct ships, stations and planetary bases in a fully destructible environment, then explore planets and space, mine resources, survive hazards and engage in combat alone or with friends in Creative or Survival modes.
Play solo or in multiplayer, from small co-op outposts to huge community servers. Start with a simple lander, grow into a mining and industrial empire, or focus on warships and planetary fortresses – the game gives you the tools and physics, you decide what to build.
Space Engineers uses a volumetric physics engine: every block and voxel has mass, inertia and damage. Ships break apart, stations crumble and terrain can be drilled, carved and reshaped, so your engineering choices really matter.
Space Engineers is grounded in real engineering and hard science fiction, driven by realism and plausible near-future technology. Think modern space programs extrapolated into the future: realistic ships, stations, tools and systems where everything is built and simulated block by block. It’s about the machinery you build, not about magic or scripted set-pieces.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

一堆BUG烦死了有些仪器一会能正常使用一会又故障,我真的服了够折磨人了特别是氧气罐;只能无限刷复活玩个屁。。。。还有下飞船座椅有时候会穿模直接被飞船撞死。

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very solid (if often obtuse) sandbox with a healthy modding scene. Survival mode is often a bit tedious but manageable. Wish they made after-combat repairs more efficient and quick
Step 1: build Space ship Step 2: forget a gyro and crash space ship Step 3: make new space ship Step 4: profit? Really fun sandbox
Ship crashing simulator 10/10
great like Britan was
This is one of the best space games out there. Huge and vibrant workshop, and the devs regularly check back on the game for new updates even as they make a sequel with a better game engine. It may seem like it was in development forever, but it's genuinely sees updates fairly often fixing bugs even with the age of the game. You won't go wrong with Space Engineers! You're going to see the large number DLC, but it's fully optional. They just exist to support the devs' work and add decorative blocks. Anything missing you can find better in the workshop, often from mods that were baked into the base game.
Watched Splitsie play this game and had to try. Now over 1000 hours of play and still love it. Mods are a must though.
