Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
if your into building + exploration with some horror then this game is pretty cool

Same day: best PL #15, worst US #78 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 70.29/day in the week to Sep 1 → 158.86/day in the week after.
Of the 2 markets with a position on both sides, 2 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I honestly didn’t expect much when I started playing Sons of the Forest. I thought it would be just another survival game where you collect resources, build a base, and fight enemies. But somehow... it became much more than that. The first thing that caught me was the atmosphere. The island feels beautiful, but at the same time, it never lets you relax. You can be standing there watching the sunset, listening to the wind through the trees, and a few minutes later you’re fighting for your life. That feeling of never being completely safe is what makes this game special. I never thought I would care so much about two NPCs, but Kelvin and Virginia became a huge part of my journey. Kelvin started as someone I thought I would just use to help me gather resources, but eventually I found myself making sure he was okay. Virginia was the same. Somehow, without needing many words, they felt like they belonged in my story. Building my own place on the island was one of my favorite parts. It wasn't just about making a base. It was about creating somewhere that felt like home. After spending hours cutting trees, decorating, and improving everything, it actually felt like my own little safe place in a world that was trying to take it away from me. The caves were some of the most memorable moments too. Walking into the darkness, not knowing what was waiting ahead, hearing every sound around you... those moments created a kind of tension that many horror games try to achieve but don't. And somehow, between all the fear and chaos, I found myself stopping just to enjoy the world. The rain hitting my cabin. The changing seasons. The quiet moments when nothing was happening. Those moments stayed with me. When I finished the game, I realized I wasn't just thinking about the story or the enemies. I was thinking about everything that happened along the way. The small moments. The places I built. The memories I created. Some games are just something you play and move on from. Sons of the Forest was one of those games that made me look back and appreciate the journey.
