The trademark X-ray kill cam returns, showing the true destructive power of every one of your signature shots. Bones deflect bullets to unpredictably rip new paths through enemy bodies and SMGs and pistols also trigger kill cams, showing multiple bullet shots in dramatic slow motion.
To land that shot you will need to think like a true sniper. Factor in rifle stock and barrel options along with gravity, wind and heart rate while you zero your sights on the target.

Customise your weapon to suit your operating style. Find workbenches scattered around the campaign to customise and upgrade your rifles, secondaries and pistols with new scopes, stocks, barrels, magazines and more. TENSE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER

Wow Rebellion, what a nice cash grab... 1st and biggest grip - what made you think that main character's voice should be annoying? Karl Fishburne voice actor has "presence" and sounds... right. Professional. Mature. Mr. Hawker sounds like pseudo-scottish teenager with voice mutation in progress. WTF!? After 2 missions downloaded free Karl Fishburne pack to free myself from that torture... 2nd - small maps, one of which is super small and we play on it 2 times during campaign. What a pisstake. 3rd - weapons choice - had to use M.1903 rifle from free Karl Fishburne DLC to actually start and enjoy "sniping". I.E. - Mission 2, starting area, no sniping allowed. You can be heard from orbit with default rifle, yet enemies are closer than 100m. Want to snipe? Go CQC first. Yay, great... NOT! 4th - Story... What story? What a joke... Feels more like expansion pack than a full game. Good missions for sniping - 6, then 8 and 3. The rest is just garbage. First Sniper Elite game that I will not finish at least 2 times, can't be bothered to go back and find all collectibles and workbenches. At least in previous installments we had a nice list of collectibles and could check easily what is missing. In here it's just "3/5, 1/5, 2/5" found and that's it. On plus side - way more chests to hide bodies and ways to generate noise to mask rifle gunshots. Unfortunately, in overall - disappointed. Buy it on sale for 20€ max or less. P.S. In SE 4/5 enemy snipers were something that I actually cared about and could easily wreck stealthy "ghost" gameplay and force you to remember to save (often) and reload if you run in the open like headless chicken. In SE:R they are just XP piniatas... EDIT: typos

Sniper Elite 5: Resistance - dat ist so 'ne Geschichte. Der gleiche Schauplatz wie bei Sniper Elite 5, der gleiche Zeitraum, das gleiche Prinzip, nur der Protagonist ist ein anderer. Und genau das ist das Problem. Hatte man beim bisherigen Helden Karl Fairburne immer das Gefühl, der Mann wäre einfach ein einzigartiger Supersoldat, so zeigt sein Kollege Harry Hawker hier aber haargenau die gleichen Fähigkeiten und nimmt ebenfalls, quasi im Alleingang, die halbe deutsche Wehrmacht auseinander, um megalomanischen Nazigenerälen und Wissenschaftlern den Tag zu ruinieren. Seien wir ehrlich, Sniper Elite 5: Resistance fühlt sich schon etwas nach Ideenmangel und Cashgrab an, aber es macht auch weiterhin Spaß. Wer mit Sniper Elite 5 etwas anfangen kann, der kann auch hier bedenkenlos zugreifen, aber 50 Euro würde ich dafür nicht ausgeben. Wartet, bis das Spiel im Angebot ist. Mit 25-30 Euro wäre es mehr als fair bezahlt,

This game lets you feel like a tactical genius even when you’re actually just crawling in bushes and praying enemies don’t see you. Resistance has that perfect mix of “I’m a master assassin” and “I tripped over my own landmine.” The maps are great, the sniping feels crisp, and the kill cams make me laugh way too hard. Casual friendly, chaos friendly, and perfect for people who enjoy tactical stupidity. Solid game.
Если сравнивать с прошлой частью, то эта дерьмо. ГГ выглядит как..... эм...... сложно описать это неведомое нечто с грязной головой и голосом подростка. Во всех персонажах нет калорита, да и солдатами сопротивления их не назвать. Все выглядит до абсурда нелепо. Вспоминая гигачада из 5 части в это играть попросту невозможно. Ну а если рассматривать геймплей, то все как и всегда без изменений.
Glad I got it at 60% off. Played less than a day ( real time ) and its finished. Didnt rush, just went through at normal pace. Its the same old game, just re hashed.
It is basically a large DLC for Sniper Elite 5. But that being said I still like the gameplay. No issues running the game.
