Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 10 → 8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Sniper Elite 3 is the weakest Sniper Elite game I have played so far. The game is mostly focused on stealth, despite offering the player a very limited selection of tools to complete the missions stealthily, which leads to a quite repetitive gameplay loop compared to Sniper Elite 4 and 5. The enemy AI is incompetent at tracking down the player, even on the highest difficulty, but extremely accurate with their SMGs and iron-sight rifles at long ranges once you get spotted, which, in my opinion, is the exact opposite of how a sniper game should be designed. Getting out of combat only requires running a few meters for the enemy to forget your location and the maps lack the variety and verticality of the ones in SE4. From a technical perspective, the game also disappoints. Sometimes your weapons refuse to work, co-op tends to randomly disconnect you from the other player, difficulty achievements do not stack and Alt+Tab breaks the game and requires restarting the game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Sniper Elite 3 is a very bad game. The graphics are simply bad, even with everything on maximum, and the game looks much worse in actual gameplay than it does in the Steam screenshots. I cannot use its age as an excuse either, because there were already better-looking games in 2014. The biggest problem, however, is the detection system. The sirens are supposed to make noise and alert enemies in the surrounding area that a sniper has been detected. That makes sense. What does not make sense is enemies somehow knowing my exact location even without the sirens being activated. Once one enemy detects me, enemies across the map can immediately behave as if they know exactly where I am. Even after I relocate, I can still have enemies shooting at me from ridiculous distances. This turns the gameplay into the same repetitive cycle over and over again: find a position, take a shot, get detected, run away and find another position. That completely undermines the idea of playing as a sniper. The difficulty should come from studying enemy movements, choosing targets, timing shots and carefully repositioning, not from enemies magically knowing where I am. The lack of mobility also makes repositioning more frustrating than it should be. Sniper Elite 3 is another game that completely fails at delivering what I actually expect from a sniper game. So far, I have not played a single Sniper Elite game where I thought, “damn, they actually got this right.” The concept is there, but the execution is simply bad. Instead of rewarding careful positioning and patience, the detection and AI systems repeatedly force me to abandon my position and run away because enemies somehow know where I am. For me, that is enough to give it a 3/10. Score: 3/10 (1) Trash(2) Horrible(3) Very Bad(4) Bad(5) Average (6) Fine(7) Good(8) Very Good(9) Great(10) Masterpiece
This has gotta be the absolute worst in the entire franchise. The maps are drawn out and boring, with not much going on in any of them, it is basically just deserts with some buildigns you can go inside. Which is fine, it is Africa, but they really shot themselves in the foot making that the set piece, because all of the maps as result feel the same. The story is non-existent, the main bad-guy, if you can even call him the "main bad guy" isn't even revealed or shown, or even talked about, until the very last mission. Now, I won't say the story of Sniper Elite games is emmy award winning stuff. But at least do SOMETHING, I remember people who straight up die within' the same mission of Sniper Elite 2, better than ANYONE in this game. This game deadass opens with the first mission being on the most action packed of the entire franchise as far as "First Missions" go. And then, to follow this amazing adreline rush, where tanks and ♥♥♥♥ were coming in. You IMMEDIATELY get extremely stealth focused, second mission, that carries thoughout the entire rest of the game, making most of it just a stealth based bore. Where, as long as you are not in Sniper Elite or Authetic, you can just bomb rush EVERYTHING and be done. Marksman, THE SECOND EASIEST DIFFICULTY, deadass feels like one of the hardest, because what do you mean I am FULL HEALTH, and DYING INSTANTLY, but in Cadet, I can tank god's punch itself and only lose maybe a bar of health. WHat on EARTH are we doing. And, the damage is complete wack sometimes, a Panzershreck unit, can one tap you...a tank, A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TANK. WITH A ARTILLERY SHELL, THAT CAN KILL A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BUILDING. May not. And, on to the topic of DAMAGE. Where is MINE??? Any difficulty beyond Cadet, you are just incapactating EVERYONE. Unless you get the weapon aprts (I talk about those later don't worry) and upgrade your gun, you weapon does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for damage. And on the topic of weapon upgrades, and customization. My friend didn't even know how to do it until I told him 30 HOURS INTO THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME. INTERGRAL INFORMATION, DOES NOT EXIST. WHHHYYYY???? He was talking about not being able to kill ANYONE in MARKSMAN (the SECOND EASIEST DIFFICULTY) And this entire time he didn't even know you could upgrade your guns ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ damage. WHAT. You make a whole mission acting a tutorial for Stealth, and the one prior to that, the game itself, but at not point do you teach the player how to upgrade or make their weapon BETTER. Clearly this is not intuitive especially to someone who has played literally all your other Sniper Elites. The breathing/heartbeat mechanic in this, is abysmal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I gotta guess they made it thinking "The player will just walk everywhere" here's the thing. We are apparently playing the most unfit soldier in the ENTIRE US army. Because you walk, not even 10 full seconds, and your heartbeat reaches 90. Which makes you completely unable to hold your breath until you stop moving. Don't get me started on running. You run for maybe 5 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seconds. And your heartbeat is so insanely high, that your scope is going literally all over the place, and it is impossible to even aim. Which is fine, that exists across all the games. But it is not THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SEVERE. I played most of 4, with my heartbeat maxed out and could still at least aim, same with 5. Same with 2. Why is this one so unbelievably...I'd say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but that's a insult to dogs and their ♥♥♥♥. This game stability does not exist. It is a miracle you can complete a full game of Survival, more than half the time, within' about an hour the game will just CRASH for no reason whatever, immediate send to desktop. You want to play with friends? Well, you may have to restart your game up to 5 ENTIRE TIMES, even YOUR COMPUTER. and you may STILL not be able to join a coop lobby. And don't think any of that'll be fixed, Rebellion has straight up stopped supporting this game in any way, and I wouldn't be surprised if they just shut down all the Online features to this one. The graphics, are alright for a early 2010s game. But in mission three you can turn around and get absolutely blinded by the sun. In Multiplayer, you don't even get any cool X-Ray killcams UNLESS they are story based-FORCED killcams. You don't even get the X-ray killcams of your own kills, and you NEVER see your friends kill cams. This game is so ♥♥♥♥ I haven't played it in singleplayer without my friend, so credit where it is due. The killcams are probably good. But I have literally never seen any outside the mandatory forced kill cams. Back to actual graphics, they are alright. Not mindblowing, not revolutionary. I am not a graphics guy, so take it how you please. The game is unbelievably buggy, I can aim in and flip around a full 180. I heal myself with bandages or medkits AFTER I GO DOWN, My shots don't register, the killcams literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flashbang me sometimes with just a white screen of death. The game randomly decides to die for no reason whatsoever. It is the most unstable game out of ALL the Sniper Elites. It is a miracle this ♥♥♥♥ can still even be played. It feels like it gets more unstable and broken with every game session. The story missions all suck, and a lot of them waste your time by making you wait for enemies to get out of Alert status, which takes literally 10 full minutes one time. Like why, if you are going to DESPAWN THE ENEMIES ANYWAY, just let the game CONTINUE. The collectibles are insane, you have like 6 different types of collectibles, Cards, War Diaries, Long Shots, Weapon parts, and Optional Objectives. All of which are fine, they are exploratory collectibles. Except for Weapon parts, Rebellion the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ flinging monkies they are, decided it'd be a good idea to give random ass NPCs the weapon parts, AND GIVE NO WAY TO KNOW WHO IS HOLDING ONE, in fact, YOU CAN'T EVEN TRACK WHICH MISSIONS YOU HAVE THE WEAPONS PARTS FOR IN-GAME. Good luck keeping track of all 15 weapon parts, if you forget EVEN ONE you may spend HOURS finding them, because there is no way to know which one you have gotten from what mission. especially without a guide. Even with guide it has been 12 years, and no one still can concretely answer where the specific parts are, just that this enemy has "You got a weapon part!" or "Binocular upgrade get!" In short, this is by far the absolute worst Sniper Elite, and I have 100% (All Achievements, which is basically doing everything you can do in the Sniper Elite games. Sometimes repetitively) 2, 4, and 5, and am almost done working on this one. And this is by far the worst experience in a Sniper Elite game I have ever had. Literally all of this review is typed off the top of my head, you give me time I can think of more things to say. I genuinally cannot think of a single compliment to give this game, not off the top of my head. Get ANY OTHER Sniper Elite, and wait for this one for a sale if you really wanna play it. This ♥♥♥♥ is NOT worth the 30$ price-tag or 50 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DOLLARS FOR SEASON PASS BUNDLE.
entire franchise was for sale today september 10 2026 for some mysterious reason....
I picked up this game thinking I could play co-op with a friend, just like we did with Sniper Elite V2 Remastered. I was wrong. As of the writing of this review, every single minute of play time I have on this game was spent trying to find some way to get co-op to work. Saw video reviews of the game and thought it looked good. I didn't think that co-op and multiplayer would be abandoned like this. We tried anything and everything to get it to work. Uninstall and clean install, messing with the firewall, porting-forward, updating any kind of hardware that might be causing the game to not want to make co-op work, etc. None of those methods worked at all. And support was completely unhelpful with it. Stating that the game is "too old" to continue support, yet there are several unrelated titles from the mid-2000's which STILL have official support for multiplayer mods. If you're looking for a co-op and other multiplayer experiences with Sniper Elite 3, I recommend looking elsewhere.
