Sorry Smurfheads, your racing game just cant compete with Garfield Kart
No. On surface level this game has good sound/music and decent (12) tracks. What ruins this game is that the steam achievements get broken very easily in which they stop tracking counting because they somehow get desync from the save file AND the in-game save data can get corrupted, which results in a permanent black screen at the start. Those achievements are also very very grindy. Then the meh stuff. The 12 characters have identical stats, but just different "ult"-items. Those "ult"-items are basically just 3 different kinds of immunity / speedboost / lightningbolt. The normal items are the usual mariokart-clone tier items but somehow just worse. And thanks to the ults + blueshell red bee + fireforks lightning you can get stunlocked pretty badly if the NPCs so desire. Game is also very easy and in my opinion the drift and the "trick" mechanic are useless. In my opinion they are slower than just driving. No game update since 2023 launch and probably never will. Max players at a time is 9 for a reason. Just get garfield kart.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

broken trophies are fun
Do not work with wireless xbox controllers, so we couldn't play.
Sticker Star is better and so is Color Splash
Smurfs Kart brings the iconic blue characters into the kart-racing genre with a bright, family-friendly approach that focuses more on accessibility and charm than high-level competition. Eden Games clearly aimed to create a racer that younger audiences and casual players could enjoy immediately, and in that regard the game succeeds right away. The visuals are vivid and cheerful, capturing the whimsical personality of the Smurf universe with colorful environments, exaggerated track layouts, and lively character animations. Each playable Smurf has a unique kart and a personal special ability, giving just enough individuality to distinguish them visually even if their handling differences are minor. The gameplay follows the familiar blueprint established by genre staples: races revolve around drifting for speed boosts, collecting items, dodging hazards, and managing turns at high speed. Controls are intentionally forgiving, helping players maintain momentum and making the game feel approachable for all ages. Tracks are themed around recognizable Smurf settings, from forest paths and mushroom houses to dams, mines, and swampy terrain. The variety in visual themes helps keep the courses distinct even though the overall track list is modest in size. Shortcuts and alternate paths add some replayability, and split-screen multiplayer for up to four players gives families and groups a chance to enjoy couch racing sessions that often become the highlight of the experience. While the presentation and accessibility are strong, Smurfs Kart’s shortcomings become clearer for players looking for deeper, long-term engagement. The game offers a limited selection of modes—primarily Grand Prix, Time Trial, and local versus races—and lacks an online multiplayer option, which significantly reduces its potential for competitive longevity. With only twelve core tracks, the content can be fully explored in just a few hours, leaving little room for mastery or continued progression beyond repeating races for fun. Though each Smurf has a special item, overall character performance feels largely uniform, which means strategic diversity and experimentation are limited compared to more robust kart racers. The game’s technical performance is generally stable, but not flawless. Some users report occasional controller quirks, minor bugs, or achievement tracking issues on PC. These don’t break the experience, but they do remind players that Smurfs Kart is a smaller-scale production compared to the genre’s heavy hitters. The cheerful art direction smooths over many of these rough edges, and those who come in with modest expectations may not find them bothersome at all. For younger children or fans of the Smurf franchise, the simplicity is likely a strength rather than a weakness. Ultimately, Smurfs Kart is best understood as a cozy, approachable kart racer that thrives in short bursts and local multiplayer rather than as a competitive or feature-rich title. Its colorful visuals, easy handling, and upbeat tone make it an enjoyable option for families, casual players, and anyone who simply wants a lighthearted racing game without complicated systems. However, players seeking a more expansive experience—with extensive track lists, deeper mechanics, or robust online support—may find that it doesn’t have enough content or complexity to hold their attention for long. As a charming, low-stress racer with plenty of Smurf personality, it succeeds within its comfort zone, offering a pleasant but modest ride. Rating: 6/10
Aí simm, este jogo é divertido demais, é muito parecido com o Mario Kart, gostei muito!!!
