Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pretty good! I liked it a lot. The first thing that comes to mind is the music. The soundtrack is mostly good, with one GREAT track, and it changes up often enough to stay fresh. The levels have a lot going on, with all sorts of little areas off to the side that really show off the aesthetic they're going for, rather than big, boring blank spaces (and maybe they could fool some players into trying to follow paths that can't be followed?). They also have these nice transitions that tend to give you reminders of mechanics you might be about to see in the next area, or just give you a fun area to traverse at high speeds with no real obstacles, and cleverly-placed checkpoints you can't possibly miss. Mechanics include: spikes that can hurt you, holes you can fall into, blocks you can push around to give yourself something solid to hit so you can reach things you wouldn't ordinarily be able to, the ability to push blocks into holes so you don't fall in, grates that cut you up and shrink you (or that you fall into like a hole if you're already shrunk), paths that you can't enter if you're already shrunk, bits of slime you can use to regrow yourself to full size, keys you can only carry when you're full size, cracks in the floor that become holes when something big enough slides over them, and walls that lower when you hit them in the right spot with a key. The levels hit every possible note with these and combine them in every possible way. I can really only think of a few things I can ding Slip 'n Slide for: it's too easy. There are some tricky ones, but Slip 'n Slime spends way too long before getting to them. I think I was 60 or 70 levels in before I hit anything that really felt like a challenge. Also, while the art is cute, it could use improvement. The character portraits you get as rewards for completing certain paths entirely are especially amateurish. Last, there are no achievements, and no special reward for getting every single puzzle. I was thinking it would send me to a special screen or something, but nothing like that happened. A little disappointing. There are some other, minor issues, too. For one, it shows lines between tiles sometimes in windowed mode. This doesn't happen in fullscreen, though. For another, the main character is clearly a different resolution than everything else in the world, with most things having huge pixels in comparison. This was pretty jarring once I noticed it. Also, the last level kept crashing for me when I would hit the Restart key, and it had a graphical issue where any holes I filled with stone blocks would look like they were still full when I hit Undo. I didn't notice this happening on any other level, though, and it seems like the dev team keeps up on bug fixes, so I'm sure this will be handled. These are just nitpicks when you consider how much fun I had with this, but it does contribute to the amateurish feel that I get from some of the art. It's a great game if you don't mind slogging through a lot of easy stuff to get to the good stuff, and some of the other rough edges that can come from a small team of indie devs. And if you do mind? It's still pretty good.
A really cute puzzle game with some easy and often not so obvious solutions, where I got stuck at some levels, but I solved them after coming back. The puzzle design are quite nice, cool mechanics you have to utilize as you progress to the more challenging puzzles. Love the artstyle and some catchy music as well.
Great puzzle game! Challenging puzzles with nice controls.
If you are used to games of this type, and are looking for challenging puzzles that will flex your brain, this game is probably not what you want. It is, however, a relaxing zone-out experience for puzzle fans, where play is smooth and fast enough to keep your flow going with very few interruptions. New mechanics are introduced just frequently enough to keep things from getting stale, too. I played a bunch while listening to podcasts and it works great for that. It does start to get a bit more challenging in the final third of the game, requiring more attention and thought. The art is nice enough, but it really bugs me that your character's sprite is a different resolution than the environment. If I could change one thing, it'd be that. I got it on sale and I don't know if I'd spend the full 10 bucks on it with how fast you tend to breeze through most of it. Your mileage may vary.
Really enjoyable if you like relaxing puzzle games in this genre. Starts out very easy, but starts to become maddeningly challenging towards the end. It's the type of game where if you're feeling overly frustrated, put it down and come back to it 2 days later, and you'll go "wow, I can't believe I didn't see that solution before." Really challenges your think outside the box skills. Art and music are great, well-balanced sections of the puzzles with restart points too. I never felt like I unfairly lost progress on a puzzle when I needed to do a full restart.
please use AI to translate my words,
I love this very relaxing and clever sliding puzzle game ! The difficulty progression is very well done. I'm excited to see what the developers do next.
