Stats
How fast this game is gaining ratings — the activity signal available where a store publishes no sales or install numbers.
Measured from our own daily snapshots, not reported by the store. Deliberately not converted into sales: a one-tap rating's ratio to copies sold is unknown on this platform, and guessing it would be worse than leaving it out.
Sums Steam only; App Store, PlayStation publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Developers DO care! This is a beautiful game from a genuinely compassionate company FINAL UPDATE 8/18/26: Ok, so I left my previous review(s) below of me crashing out over this game for context. Also, I left it as a reminder to myself to be kinder. I made some big assumptions about TGC that were not valid at all. My original review said developers don’t care, but I truly believe that they do after the overwhelmingly positive response I received. Last Friday, 1 week after deleting my account and thinking I had lost everything forever (and leaving a scathing, unfounded review while upset), I finally heard back from customer support at TGC. This was actually 5 days sooner than the estimated wait time. I realize now that TGC isn’t this giant heartless company,l as I had previously assumed. They are handling all the crash reports/complaints as quickly as possible. I received a genuine, heartfelt apology from Andy, who not only informed me that my account and all of my progress, items, etc. had been restored, TGC also gave me a few extra candles beyond the gifts they sent out to everyone for my trouble. They found my old account and merged it with the brand new one I had made for the support ticket. Everything is there now and I am so happy! Thanks again Andy and TGC for being some of the real ones. I absolutely love this game and I hope to continue playing it for many years to come. I highly recommend this game to everyone, and specifically neurodivergent people and/or other people who are highly sensitive. The graphics are beautiful and stories/cut scenes are magical. This is a game to immerse yourself in and not come away feeling drained, but instead refreshed and hopeful. ORIGINAL REVIEW (from 8/8/26) : A couple days ago every time I tried to open my sky game app it would crash immediately. Per TGC’s recommendation on their known issues page, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. It started working fine after that, however, all my progress and everything I’ve bought, my nest, my entire character, wiped out. All the spirits I have freed, gone, all the places on the map I had discovered gone, all the trinkets and capes and outfits and things I had collected or paid for, also vanished. I went through the eye of Eden twice. I completed the Van Gogh part of the game and had every painting and the blue flowers as well as the sunflowers vases. I have put so much time, effort, and hundreds of dollars invested in this game. Now it’s all gone. No one will get back to me and they say the wait time is still 12 days. I have never been asked to wait so long for an account issue fix or update from any company in my life. This breaks my heart actually. I thought the developers of this game were different. I thought they actually cared about their players, but they’re just like anything else. They only care about getting money. I’m sure they’ll replace me with someone else and make a bunch of money off them. We are nothing to them. UPDATE: It’s been 4 days since I lost everything and I’ve only gotten this general response from TGC telling me to do what I already have done. It seems I’m still in the 12 day waiting period for an actual response. I did see TGC updated their known issues page and put in bold to save your progress before deleting, but I’m 45 and I didn’t know that beforehand. I didn’t even really play video games before this. I severely sprained my ankle in April and discovered this game because I couldn’t walk and wanted something different to do. I really enjoyed myself until it ended so abruptly, and all while following TGC’s direct recommendations. I think I’m still in shock tbh, and idk how to feel about it. Needless to say getting this information 4 days late does nothing for me. I will update again IF I get either my old account back or am compensated for the $400 I have spent on this game. I honestly don’t even want my money back, I just want the items I had earned and purchased in the game. If anything, this experience has taught me that I have put too much of my time, money, and effort into something that could disappear in an instant. If I had taken up crocheting instead of this game, my scarf or whatever project I had been working on would still be here and I wouldn’t have lost all my yarn, tools, crocheting buddies, etc. And the friends that I thought I had made probably aren’t even real. They’re likely all bot accounts anyway. I don’t trust anyone or especially any company online anymore, and I realize now that I never should have. TGC ruined gaming and the internet for me, and I thought they were supposed to be the good guys! But, I suppose I should be grateful. As expensive and emotionally damaging as this has been, I needed this lesson.
LOVE SKY I love sky and everything
Eh he- Hello creators I’m just asking but I accidentally deleted my account on sky…is there any chance you can get it back?
Best game I ever played At first i thought the game would be boring but then i played it a little more than i realized it was a awesome game its just that i had a little trouble with the eye of Eden I’m probably not going back into eye of Eden any time soon! But for the most part i had a great time

Sky Love the game so far
Confusing I’m on mobile and it’s good animation and such but it won’t let me into the actual game- I can only enter the little art thingy with the Picasso sister or whatever, I played for 30 minutes - an hour just trying to get to the actual game and failed.
