Living as ordinary skeleton is hard - you are dead, but now you need to defend your cemetery against evil humans.

Fun game, looking forward for new features in future releases
"Skeletery" is another low key asset flip. This is just a collection of mismatched (probably store-bought or free stock) assets thrown together to form a basic, shallow experience... more designed for the sake of an amateur developer being able to call themselves a "game developer" thanks to Steam Direct and stock assets than a product designed for gamers. For that reason it's obviously not going to provide a decent gaming experience. This is an incredibly poor Unity kitbash that tries to flip the script along with the Unity Asset Store assets... you're the skeleton in the graveyard and you have to fight the humans. I didn't say it was a good script. This is just an amateurish train wreck of a game with a broken AI, janky unpolished controls... it's a dumpster fire. Since this is basically a kitbash of other people's assets, it's visually better looking than the actual game. The thing is, when developers don't budget properly and hire real artists, and lack the skill to do the rest of the job of a game developer and the result is deplorably bad quality junkware. "Skeletery" proves this point perfectly. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. Next is pricing and what value this has for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Even as a free game, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 3 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time playing this. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I can't suggest people should download this, there's too many quality issues. Games don't exist in a vacuum... PC gamers have thousands of better options over this. At the end of the day, my reviews are intended to help gamers find quality and avoid the dregs (with over 140,000 games on Steam... not all of them are masterpieces). If you think my review is wrong, definitely add this to your library, download it and play it... it's surely exactly the kind of game you'll love (but I doubt it will work out that way). Game reviews are for gamers to share their thoughts and help others choose where to spend valuable time. If my review helps you to grab or reject this game, then my job is done.
So I am a cool skeleton now... The most frustrating bug (or feature?) is that I cannot put new a building where an old one was destroyed with no visible reason. The game lacks a tutorial and a basic explaining of what is even happening. At first, I thought I am gonna collect dolls and kick gravediggers until I am done with the dolls. Why does a skeleton collects dolls? Why does it make a silly "BONK" sound on hit? Anyway, I ended up running around and kiting mobs and laughing. Yes, the battle mechanic in this game is simpler than you want to be, but... I cannot say I did not have fun, though! I am going to recommend it to my friends, even. A good game is a game whose flaws you don't want to point your finger at. It is free after all, why would I complain "it is not Skyrim" or "it is not Elden Ring"? Good job, developer! I wish you new successful releases. 6 doots of 10
grrr bones ahhh not the bones!!!! the ones !! bone.
This game is so 💀
1st comment: you move too slow. Stop making characters move so sloooooow. 2nd comment: if I'm blocking and want to back up, my character shouldn't turn around. I don't want to put my back AI is nonsense and just runs straight at you and swings. Collision/weapon swinging is a disaster. Got boned but didn't have any fun.
