Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yapping: The Game
beautiful and relatable little game, with pretty cool puzzles and beautiful music that really adds to the atmosphere. perfect for a cozy night :) bonus points from the true-to-life, 12th grade flashback inducing math test

VERY COZY AND BEAUTIFUL
I wasn't expecting this game to hit me so hard, but by the end I found myself crying. Not that the game is sad, but it definitely tapped into some kind of nostalgia deep down or something. It's a very whimsical and nostalgia oriented game in general though. I would describe it as being 1 part interactive narrative, 1 part puzzle game, and 1 part chilling in your room as a kid playing around with all your cool stuff. It's quite clearly meant to be a slow paced exploration game with interactive narrative elements. The player character narrates her line of thought with each item you look at or pick up. At first I found this a bit jarring since I wasn't actually expecting voiced lines, but as the story went on there's also lot of unspoken characterization that happens as you explore her room. The combination of the characters thoughts, experiences and the stuff she values across the different spaces of her room really endeared the main character to me by the end. The story is centered around personal slice of life moments from across her lifetime that took place in her childhood room, and they function as small vignettes that feature her different interests over the years. The focus is on how she and the room change through different life phases, so naturally the entire game plays out in this same room. Subtle things like objects and drawings tucked away in the closet from a past life phase, really help bring the character to life. I think anyone who leans sentimental can relate to having old things that define our journey tucked away somewhere, despite outgrowing them. There's a lot of small details like that between memory vignettes that really add substance to the character and her story, but it's also the kind of detail you don't get a clear picture of unless you're willing to commit to the whole game. The good news is that it's pretty short if you just hit the objectives. It still has some decent replay-ability though, for full exploration and collection purposes. You're able to freely travel between vignettes so it's not strictly linear if you don't want it to be, aside from completing the objectives that is. If you're someone who enjoys casual relaxing games with good music, or even just some low bandwidth exploration and puzzle games then this is totally your jam. "Find-the-object" gamers will love the collectables and hidden narrations too. Honestly, this game leans a little closer to art for me personally, it paints a story for the player to explore that in my case stirred up some deep emotions, much like reading a profound novella or listening to a soul shakingly relatable song. By the time the credits rolled, this game left me feeling both unapologetically nostalgic and deeply human. Honestly, I think it's more than worth the price for casual gamers, or anyone who likes an occasional short slower experience. It's more than worth it for the music alone if you can catch it on sale.
It's a fun and relaxing game with some pretty views
