About
Players must survive the north using anything at their disposal. You can fight as a lone wolf in the wild or with friends in a home. Every encounter can change the outcome of your journey in the North. From fierce battles for resources to alliances, adaptability and resilience are important in this ever-changing landscape, where fate hangs on your ability to survive and the unpredictable forces of Nature and the Infected.
In the Swiss Alps, survival means scavenging gear from villages, like damaged clothes. Gather resources to keep yourself alive, or battling foes for superior equipment. For the boldest, venturing into quarantined zones yields invaluable loot. Gear up and adapt to survive.
Littered with PVPVE action, players will not be able to escape an encounter with players, or the infected. Whether you're in the mountains or in the plains. Experience intense adrenaline pumping firefights to stay alive, or prey on your enemies to survive in the wilds. But tread carefully, there may be other players hiding and waiting to strike on you. Always peek over your shoulder.
In the Swiss Alps, survival means facing the Infected and other players. Gathering resources is essential for sustaining basic needs like food, water, and warmth amidst constant danger. Adaptation and resilience are key to surviving over these challenges.

Was fun when it came out but now it's just abandonware.
game has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics, it is very baren, way too dark during day, lags a lot, just too little loot in houses, and overall boring due to all of that, might change my review if it gets more content and updates, but for now, its crap, shouldn't have released into early access so quick.
devs dont even work on the game, dead community, literally got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ robbed

I spawned in the middle of nowhere and spent my entire game time finding a tiny little 1x1 hut with a table and an inaccessible container. The rest of my time was spent trying to join a lobby with people in it and the game would crash back to the starting menu. It did this 5 times at least.
Silent North VR is a disaster of a release—jank on every level and practically unplayable. It feels like no one ever playtested this game, and based on what we’ve seen, even CEO & Founder Scott Albright hasn’t played it himself. This isn’t a rough early access build—it’s a $20 insult to anyone who cares about VR. The game is buggy, broken, and hollow. A week after launch, it’s already dead, with just 33 players online. That’s not a slow start—that’s a flop. And yet, you’ll see people trying to hype this game up—especially CWS-adjacent voices like Ruff Talk VR, who are out here doing full-time PR spin. It's embarrassing to witness. Let’s be clear: no one should be giving feedback for free. This isn’t a small team struggling to find their footing—this is a studio that thought this mess was worth charging money for. Someone looked at this and said, “Yeah, let’s sell this.” That’s all you need to know. Buy it if you’re curious, refund it when you see the state it’s in. But don’t waste your time writing bug reports or suggestions. If they didn’t care enough to release a functional game, why should you care enough to fix it? And to the CWS shills: nobody cares that it’s “early access.” This is early commentary. Don’t like it? Don’t read it. But stop pushing broken games on the community.
I had heard about this game being in the works when I started play Tabor and was excited. I love all things zombie so I had high hopes for this game. And even knowing that i might be buggy and it might not be up to snuff as Day Z or 7 days...I was still so disappointed. Even with the pvp aspect (which I don't think I saw any people) it still gets really old really fast. I'm going to suggest not getting this game for a while until they get it improved a bet. Maybe with missions/quests or something like that.
dead game
I love DayZ—it’s one of my favorite games ever—and the idea of playing it in VR sounds wonderful, but this isn't it. I'm still hoping Silent North can turn around and give us something DayZ never could, but right now it's not even worth playing.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! I thought this would turn out to be a decent game after they worked on it for a while but I'm pretty sure they abandoned it and honestly that is dishonest from the game creator because they sold this game to people and it sucks and didn't fix it and now the people that bought it are stuck with this crap and out of the money spent on it. Seems like they created a crap game to get a payday then abandon it.
wanted our money for early access.........got it............then abandoned the game....
