Silent Depth 2: Pacific is a lite sub-sim. You enter the Silent Service at the command of a Gato class submarine on War Patrols during World War 2. How long will you survive, and ultimately how much tonnage you sink is down to skill and cunning.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You’ve been on patrol for multiple days when you see a fleet on the horizon. Your first instinct is to dive and engage, but it’s a clear day and one of the destroyers has spotted you. Now it’s a fight for survival, a naval game of cat and mouse. Avoid the depth charges whilst you fight back and strike when the enemy is at its most vulnerable, or switch to silent running and lose the enemy in the depths below.
Silent Depth 2: Pacific is a sim-lite submarine game, designed for fans looking for an easy-to-learn, arcade-style naval experience without requiring the use of technical manuals or hours of study to manually calculate torpedo launch vectors.
Tailored to fans who fell in love with the original Silent Service series, Silent Depth 2: Pacific is a great choice to ‘get your feet wet’ as we continue to develop new features throughout Early Access.
Much like the highly approachable ‘classic’ submarine games from the past, this game allows you to perform important roles on the ship whilst keeping you focused on maximizing the tonnage you send to the bottom of the ocean. Prepare to scout merchant ships, destroy enemy convoys, launch torpedos, fire your deck guns, and then dive to safety in the deep thermal layers from incoming destroyers.

Approachable ‘cat and mouse’ gameplay set in the Pacific Ocean.
Encounter and evade a variety of enemy fleets & merchant ships on war patrols.
Realistic water simulations for a truly immersive experience.
Intuitive torpedo-based combat with auto-calculated firing solutions, keeping the action fast and furious.
Day and night cycles, offering different challenges and opportunities.
Varied weather conditions can impair visibility, adding an extra layer of complexity.
Sink ships whilst carefully monitoring your limited resources to maximize your daily tonnage score.
A layered damage system that challenges you to react and survive when different ship systems become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
During this Early Access period, we will be hard at work refining and polishing Silent Depth 2: Pacific to deliver the best possible sim-lite submarine experience. We're focusing on implementing a range of feature and quality-of-life improvements from short-term ‘upcoming’ to longer-term goals prior to going 1.0 Please refer to the Roadmap below and join the Discord to share your feedback, experiences and meet the community.
We suggest you Follow + Wishlist us on Steam so you will be immediately notified of all new updates and important dev logs. Good luck Captain and fair sailing!

If like the War in the pacific , you Will love this game. Torpedo use is made easier. but you were a fan of the slow tedious way of the previous work up for a torpedo shot, you will not like the game. But I found with the first game not having any Idea what I was doing made it frustrating. its still a work in progress especially surface actions. that need work still. all in all looking forward to full game operation.
Decent game...

Game totally locked up on me. I have a very powerful laptop but I am not computer literate. Played for four hours with no problem. Tried uninstall and reload but that didn't work either.
Abbandonato ? E i miei soldi ?
The game code is not optimized and runs like dog feces on my GTX 980. Graphics are akin to a browser-game .On my very first mission the game crashed after the post-mission report popped up. Microprose was not a synonym for "mediocre" back in the day. (Still, I have not refunded the game. I hope they iron out the bugs and refine the code.) Additional note: (added 06-22): Some people have commented that a GTX 980 card should not be expected to run this game beyond single-digit frame rates. Really? When I noted the graphics are browser-game quality? (Not a snide swipe: simply an observation. For comparison purposes the Resident Evil 4 remake runs 50-70 fps at 4k with all graphic options set to high. I should think a game that boots up showing 50% sky and 50% water might run a tad faster due to the minimal graphics load. But perhaps I'm crazy...) I also emailed the developers re: "Periscope swivel via mouse stopped working. The first couple of time I played this game I could swivel my periscope view by clicking on the periscope view screen while looking through it. Now, all that happens is my aft/forward switch keeps changing position with an audible click. Maddening. Exiting and restarting the game does not fix this. WTF, people?!" Still have not refunded the game. In case it isn't immediately apparent, I consider myself a life-long fan of the Microprose brand. I think this is a great concept for an immersive, easy-to-play sub sim and I am avidly rooting for the developers here. I realize this game is in early access and have sought to provide feedback as to what someone running a rig akin to my own might experience. Not everyone is a member of the "GTX 1070-1090 PC master race"; some of us are stuck with "potato PCs"--alas! Still--crashes to desktop and malfunctioning in-game instruments need to be reported, yes? That's the entire purpose of early-access feedback. Your mileage may vary.) Also note: I recommend this game based on its potential.
This game is a simple arcade toy. no real simulation .
jeu superbe. J'adore. Bons graphismes.
