Amazing game especially with the open world, very engaging and fun. Nice graphics and I also really enjoyed the voice acting -- beautiful and engaging storyline too and just the right amount of challenge in solving the cases.
Worst game in the series. Open world with little content. Main story too short. Side case can close in around 10 dialog. Combat design might as well remove it or make it QTE. Only worth it if damn filthy cheap.

Despite how frustrating the mechanics can be at times I enjoyed playing this game even more than The Awakened. And I enjoyed that one quite a bit too. I'm still sniffling from the ending. Notes: Some of the cases are frustratingly vague and don't have clear answers, just the most likely answer. Allegedly the achievements tell you if you are "correct" but that's not a particularly satisfying answer. Although at the same time, browsing reddit for other people's conclusions to see if they agreed with mine was fun in its own way. Even the final choice isn't completely clear, which can be frustrating, but I guess the personal interpretation of the evidence would be a positive to others. All in all a strong story with few, but compelling, characters. Jon's my bestie.

The main story of this game is very short. Most of the playtime comes from the side cases you pick up in the city. Still the story moved me a lot. It's intresting how much this game leaves up to interpretation. The game gives you the ability to find the facts of the case, but then you need to choose an interpretation and face the consequences that come with it. I'm looking forward to play other games in the series. I cannot however end this review without mentioning the enormous stutter issue I had whenever I was outside. Even setting my fps limit to 30 make it go away. It seems this issue is quite common yet is still not fixed as of me writing this. Hopefully, I won't face any similar issues in the next one.

What a splendid game! I wasn't sure what to expect going in as I'd seen nothing of the gameplay beforehand. I was pleasently suprised to see an open world, albiet small, and such life and vibrance. Sherlock and Jon, wonderful. Supporting characters and plot, fabulous. Combat is simple but enjoyable. I'm so glad I picked this game up on a whim! I can't recommend it enough. I only wish that there was more of it.
