Sherlock Holmes Chapter One

Easily the best game of the Sherlock series by Frogwares, and one of the best games I've played. It's got a few things wrong, but they are largely overcome by the heart and soul put into the story, the characters, the world, the gameplay. Everything works, the attention to detail is touching. I recommend it and I will gladly play this game again.

The best Sherlock Holmes game I played so far. I really liked the open-world aspect which I haven´t seen before in a SH game. Apart from that the story was immersive and well written. I just wish that before engaging the final main case that there was a warning, telling you that you cannot complete side quests after that. Also, while not difficult, the fighting aspects in gangster hideouts were a bit weird. But all in all, I can totally recommend this game, it´s amazing.

Don't get me wrong, this game is decent, however comparing it to previous sherlock games such as Devil Within, or Crimes and Punishments, even with graphics it doesnt even holds up

剧情上相当优秀，主线案件之间的联结做得很好，故事性也相当优秀，最后的反转也很动人心弦，故事内核对于正义与道德的探讨也比较深入，好评。 至于玩法方面，推理的部分还是相当不错的，需要动点脑子，而且给出的结案分支也很具有误导性，需要玩家仔细甄别手上的线索进行合理的判断，不然很容易出出现冤假错案，甚至有的案子没有标准的答案，怎么选全靠玩家一念之间。其次是游戏的大世界探索部分，游戏的场景做得比较精美，风格明朗，逛街十分舒服，推荐去海边溜达溜达，非常惬意。最后是游戏的战斗部分，可以说是非常拉跨，但是如果当成小游戏来玩，还有莫名有点意思。还有本作的换装系统，有这个想法是好的，但是衣服做得有点粗糙，除了本来带的那一套西装，其他买来的衣服都相当一般，让人除了完成任务以外没有购买的欲望，可惜了。 总结，值得推理迷和剧情党一玩的佳作。

This game is awesome. Beautiful scenery. Open world so lots of places to explore. I recommend getting all the DLCs at the same time. Lots of cases to solve. The fight scenes are impossible for me. I'm an older player that has never played fighting games. You can turn fighting off in the settings. You can still fight if you want to but you can also skip the fight scene entirely. Lots of costumes. I've learned that you need to dress like the locals if you want to get any info from them. I played the second edition before this one on the Switch and was hooked. I was so excited when this one went on sale. I like that Sherlock is young in these games, about 20 years old.

Sehr cool als Open World Game. Rekonstruktionen haben am meisten Spaß gemacht.

Holmes is so babygirl, half of the game I spent staring at his gorgeous face. I didn't complete the entire game bc it's so long in quests but I just spent most of my time exploring and doing smaller investigations. AMAZING open world map, atmospheric and lots of detail. I felt like I was really in Istanbul or Athens. The crime scene re-creation was a little challenging sometimes, I got stuck and had to consult the walkthrough.
