Shelldiver

I have played my fair bit of short and sweet incremental games and this is hands down the best one. I'm not talking about the limitless incrementals, more like those tailored experiences to non-committally play like an afternoon or so that ramp up a bit with upgrades and what not until it ends and you are like "well, that was fun!" and jump into the next game. If you found this game searching for games like I described you are in luck and if not this is a great game for anyone anyways. It's great all the way through, the upgrades are awesome and feel significant, it's ACTUALLY short and sweet and doesn't overstay it's welcome. It hits my dopamine receptors *just* right without overdoing it which was what got me into this whole incremental genre in the first place. It's the only incremental I actively WANT to play again, not because the next playthrough will offer different gameplay with prestige or for hunting achievements, I just want to play it again to have the same experience I try to find elsewhere but can't.
