Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Not recommended. Disappointing game, Disappointing developer.
Firstly, this game is a cheap clone of the much superior "Tavern Master" with a few tacky elements like restaurant aerial drones (seriously) sprinkled on top to try and make it unique. Same table arrangements, same bar, same kitchen, same live band, same special guests, it's the same game, just much worse. I could with more effort make a complete list of all the gameplay elements that have been copied but I just don't wish to waste my time at this stage. Things to consider:

A.I assets. I don't have a problem with it but some might.
Poor late game performance. Frame rate plummets even on a 4090 with 32gb vram. This should not be happening.
missmatching budget looking textures. One of the most ugly and soulless games I have ever seen.
Illogical and regressive quests. Fire your leveled up bartender to hire to a new slow one? Bad design.
Graphical issues like at certain zoom levels NPCs have exposed limbs and patchy radiation hair loss. See screenshot.
Game loses momentum quickly and just becomes a restocking clicker.
Certain gameplay settings do not save on reload.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3723223472 Zombies apparently make a guest appearance like the one in the blue shirt. Regarding the use of A.I If the use of A.I bothers you, then you should know there seems to be more A.I used than the developer states on the store page. The store page reads "Artificial intelligence tools were utilized solely in the creation of certain promotional materials, including the game logo and Steam library artwork. " This does not seem to be truthful as it seems obvious to me that the restaurant sign artwork and even the Talent tree use A.I artwork. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3725541768 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3725541942 You be the judge on that one. The developer has also shown that if you ask for help on the steam forum then he will redirect you to his Discord server. I made a post on someone else's topic regarding a bug, and I said he should support his players on steam, not discord. The exact wording I posted was "He didn't buy the game on discord. He bought it on steam. Stop redirecting support." He promptly deleted my post and gave me a community warning for "disrespectful comments" and threatened to Block me. What a fragile ego. In its current state the game is not worth the money and you would be better off playing one of the many other restaurant manager games available.

First review ever, that's how much I liked it. As a Bartender working in the industry for years now, I was instantly caught by the game and bought it with 0 hesitation. It simulates really well a restaurant environment and how chaotic it can be, although I do see room for improvement there, hopefully it comes. I'm only 35 days in but been playing for about 4 hours non-stop. There's not much of a tutorial and the game throws you in real gameplay right away. It's not complicated though, nothing that needs to be done differently there, just worth noting. I see lots of upgrades we can get throughout many and many hours of gameplay, so there's already plenty of content for (this is me guessing, haven't gotten far yet) about 50 hours. Looking forward to what's to come. The following section is for a few things I noticed that can be implemented and improved. As someone that works in the industry and likes the realism, I'd like to see these things: • The seating seems pretty blend. As far as I could tell (please correct me if I'm wrong), there's no pattern for tables. Parties don't come in as a group, unless it's an event. If there's a seat available, someone is sitting there even if they're not part of the party currently seating at that table. • I do miss a Host. In restaurants the Host controls the pace of the restaurant. If the Host messes up and seats too many people at once, the kitchen and bar might even get overwhelmed and chaos happens. That kind of chaos would be cool to manage considering the skill set of every staff member. Just like servers and chefs can get better, the seating could be optimized by a better-skilled Host. • Having table-side service would be awesome too. Not just kitchen but also bar. • With the previous point in mind, I also feel like there should be more space. Although I understand it's still early access, I really hope more restaurant expansion comes soon. • Having a calendar would be really helpful. Not just more expected holidays such as Christmas, but other events that can impact how busy a restaurant is, such as Proms, or Valentine's Day and even seasonal breaks (like spring breaks). People usually travel during these weeks, reducing the amount of guests coming in. • Not sure if I haven't unlocked yet, but as of now I miss seeing cocktails and more bar content. While the kitchen is the heart of a restaurant, the bar is very important too. It would allow better, or worse, performance with more skilled bartenders. • Adding bathrooms and bathrooms breaks for staff would be good too. It would add the unpredictability that I haven't seen yet. • A manager, that could be controlled by the player, to fill in spots and put out fires (not literal ones but you never know) throughout the shift. Especially as we progress and more automatization comes. • Having servers ring in drinks and cocktails to the bar. It would create a need for more bartenders and it would add steps to servers as well. • Assignment of sections for servers These are a few things that I would love to see in the game. Looking forward to future updates. Now I'll go back to playing xD
This game is not much more than a free mobile game. UI and "missions" are also just like a mobile game. The missions doesn't make you feel to have real progress in game, just make random quests. Like there is a mission to have 10 plants in your restaurant at the beginning, but souldn't we have bigger restaruant first? Ok, we can say you can leash your creativity, but sandbox mode is exactly for this. Story mode should give you a story with real missons and progress. I just waited for days end with 4x speed and refilled the ingredients the whole time. It's not fun for me, I'm disappointed.
Ohne Worte !
Service Please is a restaurant management simulator that captures the rewarding process of growing a small business into a bustling culinary destination through smart planning, creativity, and efficient organization. Developed and published by Dynamic Dice, the game puts players in complete control of their own restaurant, challenging them to satisfy customers while continuously expanding both the menu and the establishment itself. Rather than emphasizing frantic time management alone, the game encourages players to think like real business owners, balancing investment, customer demand, employee performance, and long-term growth. The result is a management experience that feels approachable while still offering enough strategic depth to remain engaging over extended play sessions. At its core, the gameplay revolves around creating a restaurant that operates smoothly under increasing pressure. Players begin with modest resources but gradually unlock opportunities to introduce new meals, specialty drinks, coffee selections, and alcoholic beverages that appeal to a broader customer base. Every addition to the menu represents more than just another product to sell, as it also influences the pace of service and the overall complexity of restaurant operations. Deciding when to expand and how to manage those changes becomes a constant balancing act, rewarding players who carefully plan each upgrade instead of rushing toward rapid expansion. One of the game's strongest features is the freedom it gives players to design their restaurant according to their own preferences. Dining areas can be rearranged, decorations placed throughout the establishment, and kitchen equipment upgraded to improve workflow. These choices are not simply cosmetic, as an efficient layout helps staff perform their duties more effectively while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Watching a simple restaurant gradually transform into a polished and thriving business delivers a satisfying sense of accomplishment that remains one of the game's greatest strengths. Employee management introduces another meaningful layer to the experience. Recruiting capable workers is only the first step, since staff members can be improved over time to increase both speed and service quality. As customer numbers continue to rise, assigning responsibilities efficiently becomes increasingly important. Players must ensure the kitchen remains stocked with ingredients, employees stay productive, and customer orders are handled promptly to maintain the restaurant's growing reputation. Because these systems constantly interact with one another, every management decision carries weight, making successful restaurants feel genuinely earned rather than automatically achieved. Progression extends well beyond simple financial growth. A structured mission system provides consistent objectives that encourage players to explore different mechanics, while a skill tree allows them to customize their management style according to their preferred approach. Special customer events occasionally introduce unique opportunities that offer additional rewards and prestige, breaking up the routine of daily operations with fresh challenges. Even in its Early Access state, the game offers multiple playable maps, dozens of decorative and functional items, progression systems, and a solid amount of content that demonstrates a clear roadmap for future development. The willingness to continue expanding the experience through community feedback suggests strong long-term potential for the project. The visual presentation complements the gameplay with bright environments and an easy-to-read interface that keeps essential information readily available. The top-down perspective provides excellent visibility across the restaurant floor, allowing players to quickly identify bottlenecks and respond to customer needs. While the graphics favor a charming stylized appearance over realism, they effectively support the relaxing atmosphere that defines the overall experience. The clean presentation also makes it easy to spend long sessions refining layouts, managing employees, and expanding the restaurant without the interface becoming distracting or overwhelming. Service Please successfully delivers a satisfying blend of restaurant simulation and business management by combining creative freedom with meaningful strategic decision-making. Every upgrade, menu expansion, employee improvement, and restaurant redesign contributes to a strong sense of progression that keeps the gameplay loop consistently rewarding. Although additional features are still planned during Early Access, the current version already provides a solid foundation filled with enjoyable management mechanics and room for experimentation. Fans of simulation games who enjoy building businesses step by step, optimizing operations, and watching their efforts gradually pay off will likely find plenty to appreciate in this promising title. After playing for 8 hours, I can say it’s enjoyable. The atmosphere and sound effects are great. There were just two things that caught my eye: the fact that the robot vacuum and the food robot don’t move even though they’re supposed to be working. But the game is new, and the publisher has already shared its future plans. These kinds of minor issues will be fixed. I think it’s a great start. Good job! :)
oyun güncelleme almıyor geliştirme süreci çok uzun ben bu oyuna bütçe ayırmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum
Having a Blast! Started 3 days ago and already put in 44h of play, still on my first run. Fun, and very addictive. I´m playing it on medium difficulty, can´t wait to get my hands on more content, they are doing a great job considering it´s done by 2 persons, great artists, great work! After playing an additional 9 hours I have unlocked everything except the last 4 dishes. so now after learning and unlocking the important unlocks I will start my real first game and at Highest difficulty. Great game, thank you!
