A cute simple relaxing game. I like looking at the shells, so shiny

such a fun game! i had a blast with it. its on the shorter side, but for the price, you can't beat it. the only gripe i have is it was very confusing at first. the puzzle aspect isn't explained to you, so i didn't know what i needed to do to bring out more shells. there's a wonderful guide on the community page if you got stuck like me, though! overall, i loved it so much.

Seashell is a quaint game to be beloved by beachcombers. The controls are simple, the graphics are clean, and the soundtrack is akin to white noise so I never minded its looping. The puzzles to unlock the achievements and goals were easy to solve, especially if you noticed the clues, but they weren't so easy that I was bored. Even when the achievements are completed, I see myself returning to this game as a point-and-click anxiety manager where I can make arbitrary goals for myself. Overall, Seashell does well at capturing beachcombing as a pastime where you must pay attention to find what you're after while also allowing your mind to wander and meander down the coast. This is a great game for all ages, and with the added facts about the shells, it would be a great educational game for the family. The one feature that I wished was present was a collection showcase. There were shells I really enjoyed and didn't want to let go of after logging, so it would have been fun to arrange my shells in a display of some kind. Perhaps even visiting the collections of friends too?

波にのって砂浜に流れついた貝殻を集めるゲーム。 様々な条件を満たすことで流れてくる新しい貝を見つけるのも楽しく、貝をたくさん見つけることで解放される貝の説明文を読んでいくのも楽しかったです。 貝にはそれぞれ最大・最小サイズも記録されるので、記録の更新を狙ってみるのも面白いです。特に明らかにサイズの大きな貝が流れてきた時はテンションが上がりました。 そのようにゲームとしての発見を楽しむのも魅力のひとつですが、何より心地よい音楽と波の音を聞きながら貝殻が流れてくるのを眺めたり、流れてきた貝殻を取ってリアルな３Dモデルを回転させて眺めたりすることにとても癒されました。同じ種類の貝でも見た目がいろいろあるのがよかったです。 また、このゲームは効果音の使い方がとても上手いと感じました。気持ちよく美しい体験でした。

I played it a for a few min and it's obviously a super chill, stress free kinda of game. I agree with it would be nice to be able to zoom in on the shells complain BUT for $4 this is a nice cute experience IMO.

This is such a nice and relaxing game, I heavily suggest having the achievement guide up while you play if you want to find all of the shells. 7/10
