SCP-479: Shadows of the Mind

The game was good… until it wasn’t. Big fan of indie horror, this game has ALOT of potential. Unfortunately the flashlight runs out WAY to quickly. Insanity decreases WAY to quickly as well. I found all the batteries I could and still would run out way to fast. Wouldn’t mind if the scenery wasn’t as dark, but you need a flashlight to see most the time. Kind of game breaking. Even after the update, not enough.

I played SCP-479, and I have to say it's not bad at all. The atmosphere is creepy, the graphics are good, and the storyline is engaging. However, there's one aspect that significantly detracts from the overall experience: the game doesn't pause when you access your inventory.

First the legend of Slenderman and then SCP came into the world. I don't know who's making this stuff up, but it's funny. So, in SCP we wander through a secret laboratory where supernatural forces dwell. There is no action here, the game is a wander through corridors, where you need to find notes, things and solve puzzles. Scare us with atmosphere and screamers.

The game is getting better every day! Excellent visuals and pleasant sound design. The atmosphere is good and, I would say, moderately tense. I am eagerly waiting for the new updates, this game has great potential!

The SCP-479 is undoubtedly an interesting SCP. It's good that there's a game about him now. It's not bad at all. Scared the hell out of me.

Each level is carefully worked out, the atmosphere envelops you like a veil of mystery. I felt real anxiety when I entered the gloomy psychiatric institution where the main character found her answers. Sounds, effects and music emphasize the apparent reality of the world of SCP-479, adding an additional attractive excitement and atmosphere to the gameplay. The gameplay itself is an ingeniously crafted mix of puzzles, exploration and riddles. I appreciated the combination of various gameplay elements that required me to be thoughtful and intuitive. Some moments really made me strain my mind to find a solution, and it was quite satisfying. I appreciate the story that SCP-479 tells. Gradually revealing the secrets of the main character's past by exploring various rooms, I felt more and more immersed in the history of the game. The beautifully written plot managed to create an incredibly capricious atmosphere that forced me to be in a state of constant excitement and unpredictability. However, it is worth noting that some puzzles and moments were quite difficult and caused some difficulty in passing. Despite this, I was glad to see how the developers created such an intellectually stimulating game that will give long hours of pleasure. SCP-479: Shadows of the Mind is a real find for lovers of mysterious and mystical adventures. The gloomy atmosphere, addictive gameplay and mind-blowing puzzles make it a game worth experiencing. If you are ready to plunge into the world of mysteries and experience real adrenaline, then SCP-479 is exactly what you need. I recommend this game to anyone who is looking for something unusual and exciting.

SCP-479: Тени Разума Немного об игре без спойлеров. Игра представляет собой хоррор на выживание, в котором нашему главному герою необходимо отыскать некий важный документ. Во время прохождения нам будет необходимо находить различные вещи, начиная от батареек и таблеток и заканчивая важными записками и ключами. Так же нам будет необходимо поддерживать своё психологическое здоровье ( тут нам помогут таблетки ), однако я рекомендую не использовать таблетки на постоянной основе, а ждать пока здоровье не приблизиться хотя бы к 10%. Будет весело) Теперь что касаемо этих самых батареек и таблеток. Я заметил что некоторым не нравится, что фонарик садится очень быстро и это же касается здоровья.Так вот во первых, батареек и таблеток в игре достаточно, а во вторых я не заметил проблем с быстрой потерей здоровья и зарядом фонарика. Единственное почему у вас могут возникнуть проблемы, это в те моменты, когда вы слишком долго топчитесь на месте. Тщательно осматривайте все комнаты и читайте записки. Теперь что касаемо плюсов и минусов: Плюсы+ + Темнота друг молодёжи + Записки не для галочки + Неожиданные скримеры + Несколько концовок Минусы- - Малая реиграбельность если ты уже все знаешь ( Разработчик планирует добавить больше контента для реиграбельности ) - Заряд батареи и здоровья видны только при нажатии на инвентарь ( хотелось бы видеть его постоянно ) - Слишком много батареек и таблеток и это не шутка :) Прохождение игры у меня заняло около 3 часов с учётом полного исследование и всех концовок. В целом игра хорошая, но требует немного изменений и улучшений. Однозначно рекомендую для прохождения.
