About

Scavland is a hardcore survival RPG set in Zalesye, a land ravaged by war and the mysterious Mist.
You are a Vulture - a scavenger surviving on what the old world left behind. Explore abandoned settlements, take dangerous jobs, fight mutants and hostile survivors, and slowly build the equipment and reputation you need to push deeper into the wastes.
Ammunition is scarce, weapons can jam, radiation is everywhere, and preparation can mean the difference between returning with valuable loot or not returning at all.

Zalesye is home to different factions, settlements, traders, scavengers, and survivors, each trying to make a life in what remains of the world.
Meet their people, take quests, build relationships, and decide who you are willing to work with. Your reputation and choices shape how different groups treat you and what opportunities become available.
Some are trying to rebuild society. Others are simply trying to survive it.
Explore a handcrafted open world filled with abandoned structures, dangerous forests, irradiated swamps, hidden locations, mutants, bandits, and remnants of the old world.
But the surface is only part of Scavland.
Discover entrances to underground bunkers and other dangerous locations featuring procedural layouts, creating different spaces to explore across your playthroughs.
The further you leave the safety of known roads and settlements, the greater the danger - and the better the potential rewards.
Weapons are more than something you find and replace.
Collect firearms and attachments throughout the world and customize them to fit your needs. Change components, experiment with different configurations, and build weapons around your preferred playstyle.
Your equipment defines how prepared you are for the journey ahead. Build your loadout around where you are going, what you expect to encounter, and how much you are willing to risk.

Survival depends on more than what you can find in the wastes.
Traders offer weapons, equipment, attachments, supplies, and other valuable goods - but their best stock has to be earned.
Take jobs, complete requests, and build your reputation with the people of Zalesye. As your relationship improves, new items and opportunities become available.
Every expedition becomes part of a larger cycle:
Prepare. Explore. Scavenge. Survive. Return. Upgrade. Go deeper.

You survived being near-fatally shot by mysterious soldiers said to have come from a far-away land with no Mist.
Now you want answers.
The people of Zalesye speak of the East as a promised land beyond the RO-29 Highway - somewhere untouched by the Mist and the horrors consuming the Continent.
Whether those stories are true is another question.
Explore Zalesye, follow its stories, help its inhabitants, and uncover what the Mist is - and why you survived when you should have died.

I'm 40 hours into the game and I believe I finished the main questline, I'm still exploring to see if a NPC talk can trigger the next quest but for now I think I done it all. From my personal experience these are the game's best features: sounds design, combat, art design, A LIFE Sound Design: AAAAA++++ everything is good, ambience, gun shots, environment, music, sometimes the songs reminds me of old school Diablo Tristan theme. Combat: I was surprised how rewarding the combat system is, really fun. For sure there's a skill gap there, when you get the gist of it with picking corners, pre-firing because AI reaction is nuts sometimes (which is good), some of the mutants move sets. Everything feels really good. I played keyboard + mouse. Art Design: Game is beautiful, I got myself just exploring and looking the scenes sometimes. All different environment all look really good. A Life: Amazing! You really can feel the world alive around you, stuff happens all the time, sure you have some POI that always have action, but you bump into something all the time in the most random scenarios. Middle ground: Economy, Tasks, Loot Balance. Economy feels good, played on Explorer just to feel the game. While I was playing updates changed the loot balance and it was very noticeable, the current state of the game feels good. You need to grind and be smart with your resources, know what to keep for crafting and what to sell/tasks. But you can advance in a good pace. Tasks can have more variety, sure I understand it's an early game, I'm sure once they add more variations the system will fit well with the economy grind. Not quite there yet: Reputation, Content. The reputation system could be more rewarding, there are just a couple faction really worth grinding for recipes. And overall lacks content, but it's totally fine for an early development game. Bunkers are really cool. Once there's more variations will be a really interesting part of the game. Still some QOL can be added, but current state of game is much better then on launch day. Wrapping up: Even finishing the main questline I still can see myself putting quite a few hours into this game, really good for a late night after work cozy game section before sleep. Still some areas on map I haven't been to, items I'm yet to see (heavy armor / expert guns, I know they are rate loot only but still, and I have no idea where the medium armor recipe is) so I'll keep exploring. I strongly recommend this game for the price and I'm sure they have a good foundation that will just built on top of it.
From what I have seen, everything I hated about the Day 1 experience has been patched or updated by the devs. I love it when people care enough about their project to see it through. Really enjoying it thus far.
Enjoyin it
Fun game. Good atmosphere if you like games like stalker
Мутанты обрыганские, боёвка с ними прям режет глаза.
Absolutly amazing game, runs perfectly
The Fall: Last Days of Gaia где тоже было очень небольшой инвентарь и где кучками перетаскивал лут от торговца до торговца, благо там хотя бы загрузки сейвов весь лут на земле не обнулял (так и не понял до конца когда он пропадает, а когда нет).
