Scarlet Deer Inn

I love the use of embroidery with painted backrounds, which in combination with the beautiful folk music create a beautiful atmosphere. The gameplay is simple, which is, honestly, fine for a game like this. As for the story, as someone who is familiar with czech myths and fairytales It was really fun to recognise familiar story beats. I have a one nitpick about the [spoiler] final bossfight [/spoiler], I feel like the "cocoon" should last a bit longer so the player actualy has some time to light up the torch (since the animation sometimes likes to cancel itself and you have to repeat it). And the music genuinely is a banger

大変素晴らしいゲームです。 魅力的なキャラクタグラフィックやビジュアル、音楽などで非常に楽しく素晴らしいゲーム体験ができました。 アクションゲームはあまり得意ではないですが、上手でなくても十分遊べます。プレイ時間はそれほど長くありませんが、十分楽しめる価値のあるゲームでした。

Nádherná grafika a super atmosféra podkreslená tématickou hudbou a vtipnými dialogy. Zabere vám cca 3,5-5h. Má super tempo, kromě jeskynní ke konci hry, kde jsem kvůli pár skokům musel chodit od checkpointu celkem dálku.

Music, art and storytelling is really good. There's a bit in the middle where you get swept up into a slavic fairytale which was most excellent - the devs do a good job with confident, understated story telling. I think the price is fair, and even though it was short I wouldn't have wanted it to go on much longer. It's a good experience and that has value. One small negative is that I hit a bug that softlocked me early on - I had to play through 15 minutes or so of the start to get back to where I was (on first entering the cave, falling down a ladder after getting your torch, I couldn't interact with something that was blocking the way). I suspect the reviews would be kinder on issues like this if there was a way to load earlier checkpoints to work around bugs.

A fantastic, if very short adventure. It is a real piece of artwork. It really captures the sensation of their being strange, unsettling fairy tales playing out all around otherwise unsuspecting townsfolk. A really good buy despite the duration (and I'll probably be buying the amazing soundtrack as well!)

A short game with unique art and an A+ soundtrack. It was tough to find, but the true ending for collecting all the toys was worth it.

Ok. Příběh fajn. Dobré, na to že dělali dva lidé. Některé sekvence hra velmi ráda trestá a nutí vás je opakovat, než se je naučíte, což je věc, který mě na ní nejvíce štvala... Škoda, že hra neumožňuje více úložných pozic
