Command vast armies across the surface of a star-encompassing Dyson Sphere in this next-gen RTS. Shatter the map itself with superweapons, freeze oceans to create new invasion routes, and control hundreds of units in your quest to dominate humanity's greatest megastructure.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
About
This is a free demo of the next-gen RTS - Sanctuary: Shattered Sun! This demo contains a few single player scenarios to give you a taste of the game. The full release will have multiplayer, an epic single player campaign, a full suite of land, air and naval units. And much more!
Sanctuary will feature a campaign, multiplayer, base building, a flow-based economy, kingpiece commander units, as well as land, sea and air combat.
Every projectile is simulated. Nukes level bases and energy shield generators hold the line against long-range artillery strikes. Sanctuary has a core focus on strategic decision-making over fast-paced micromanagement.

When conventional weapons aren't enough, deploy superweapons that literally break the map.
Watch as your enemies' bases plummet into the sun below when you destroy the structural supports of the Dyson Sphere itself, crumbling the ground from under them.

Seize control of Sanctuary's climate systems to reshape the battlefield. Watch as your enemies' fleets become trapped in ice while your armies advance across the frozen wastes.

Few players will muster the enormous resources needed to build a Titan, but even fewer will survive fighting one.

Destroy the enemy commander and you win, but be careful because if your own commander falls ... it's game over.

Scale matters: wage war across massive 40km x 40km battlefields with up to 10,000 units under your control.
Watch as physically simulated projectiles create unexpected moments of warfare - like missiles striking aircraft in mid-flight instead of their intended targets.

The year is 2758, and humanity's greatest achievement encircles the sun - Sanctuary, a Dyson Sphere housing over a trillion lives. But this marvel of engineering has become a battlefield, its gleaming cities reduced to rubble, its surfaces scarred by endless war. The dreams of paradise have given way to a brutal struggle for survival.
Choose your allegiance among three distinct factions: the pragmatic EDA, the futuristic Chosen, or the enigmatic Guard. Each brings unique strategies, technologies, and units to the fight for control of humanity's greatest creation.

Powered by cutting-edge DOTS technology, Sanctuary: Shattered Sun delivers smooth performance even in the largest battles.
Every explosion, every unit, and every tactical decision comes together in a seamless experience that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in strategy gaming. Watch thousands of units clash without your PC slowing to a crawl.

pure brilliance
Awesome demo! Cant wait for the full game, I backed on kickstarted before I even played the demo because its a no brainer... I have a few changes I would personaly like, some are nit picks so bare with me (I do understand the game is basically Alpha/beta) [olist] [*]Would like the volume to increase as you zoom in on units firing. [*]To be able to move the screen with the mouse by panning to the side and not holding the middle mouse button. [*]Trees that fall over when a unit passes through. [*]Image of the unit selected on the left instead of Generic picture. [*]Louder building audio assuming there even is audio. Would like to hear the engineers building or when they start to build. [*]Intersecting radial lines of units are all jaggy and are popping in and out. [*]Naval units not leaving a trail effect. [*]Would love the main commander unit to be a mech across all factions and not just Chosen (personal want but really is me being nit picky). [*]Not all units are leaving tank treads or foot prints. Impact from T4 Chosen walker bots feels like they are hovering as they are not leaving footprints or dust. [*]Lots of jaggies, may need anti-aliasing? [*]T4 units don't go around buildings but through them as if they aren't even there. [*]Chosen Commander walking noises missing (and Foot prints). [*]Unique build animations for factions. I have not played with Guard yet however it's the same Blue line but just coming from a different spot. [/olist] I feel as if the kick starter goals are really off putting with some basic needs being looked behind stretch goals, I am awre the devs said if they dont get enough funding from the Kick Starter they will have to look for more external backers. If these basic things were not amongst stretch goals I feel more people would have backed it despite them haveing far surpassed they current target.

Supreme Commander 2, but actually.
Большой потенциал, будем посмотреть
Really promising game !! Big fan of Supreme Commander, I've waited many years a new game using the same mechanics, functionnalities as SC. I saw a lot of them in this demo with really cool new features (fronts mechanic, weather and ground control). That's challenging for an RTS. The front mechanic showed in the demo presentation is something I've never seen and is really smart. The game is really responsive: units are responsive even with high numbers on the map. The UI is quite intuitive with SC experience but some core things are missing (unactive workers, speed production reduction when alloy or energy are empty, range defense building and radars before constructing them). That's only build 0.1 so I hope those things will be added in later version. I hope this game will have the love it deserves. It really feels like old Supreme Commander with fresh new ideas and designs. Hope you will be able to implement all the mechanics you want to make the game complete :)
The scale of the battles feels impressive, the visuals are great, and the gameplay captures the classic large scale RTS experience while adding its own ideas. The economy and base-building systems are fun to manage, and I’m looking forward to seeing more content and improvements in the full release. Great work by the developers! Support the Kickstarter if you can!
Poki co pozytywnie, brak dzwiekow, ikon, tekstur, ale ma swoj urok
SupCom, but bigger and better than ever. Go support the Kickstarter! Every little bit helps.
The Demo gives a nice glimpse into what this game can become if it gets more time in the oven. I hope the devs reach all their goals and make this a true and well made successor to supreme commander.
A few words are enough to describe the incredible feeling of getting your hands on the true successor to Supreme Commander. The game I’ve been waiting years for. Kudos to the team, support them on Kickstarter.
