We are an asset management company overseeing a number of facilities. We are currently hiring night-shift personnel for the position below.

◆ Position

Night Observation Temp · Contract · Solo shift, no rotation

◆ Duties

• Monitor the several CCTV feeds assigned to you.

• The moment you notice anything "different from usual," report it at once, per protocol.

• Also keep an eye on the state of your monitoring terminal. It occasionally malfunctions on its own, but there is no need to worry — we issue the tools to set it right.

• Shifts begin at night and end at dawn. Make it safely through your hours and the day's work is done.

◆ Requirements

• Able to keep your eyes on the screens for long stretches

• A sharp eye that misses no small change

• Able to stay calm no matter what you see

• Not the type to wonder about the previous worker

• Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement regarding anything witnessed on shift

◆ Please Note

• Even if something on the screen looks back at you, do not leave your post.

• Not everything the terminal shows you is true. Even so, the work must continue.

• If someone calls your name during your shift, do not turn around. Our staff do not speak to observers on duty.

• If the time shown on screen differs from your own watch, always take the screen as correct.

• Repeatedly missing or misfiling reports will be handled accordingly.

• Diligence and performance are logged at all times and reflected in contract renewal.

• Meals and snacks on shift are entirely up to you — bring whatever you like and eat while you work.

• You may listen to music on shift. The terminal we issue comes with a Music app stocked with tracks to play while you work. That said, it may disturb other staff, so headphones or earphones are strongly recommended.

• When your shift ends, we take it upon ourselves to see you safely home. We will never leave you alone on the way back.

• Should any harm come to an observer through an on-shift incident, we will restore you at no cost, up to the prescribed number of times. We cherish those who will stay with us for the long term, so anyone who applies themselves has little to fear.

◆ How to Apply

The position is always open. Applicants able to start tonight will be given priority.
