For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ryan's Rescue Squad is a bright and approachable platforming adventure created primarily for children who are already familiar with the Ryan's World franchise. Developed by Stage Clear Studios and published by Outright Games Ltd., the game takes the recognizable personalities and playful themes associated with Ryan's World and places them inside a traditional side-scrolling platformer. Instead of attempting to appeal to experienced players through complicated mechanics or demanding challenges, it concentrates on accessibility, colorful environments, collectibles, simple action, and cooperative entertainment. This makes it particularly suitable for younger players who may have limited experience with platform games. The story provides a straightforward reason for the adventure to begin. Ryan's friends have been captured by Dark Titan, Robo Combo, and Packrat, leaving Ryan and his companions responsible for rescuing them. Players can take control of Ryan, Combo Panda, Alpha Lexa, or Gus the Gummy Gator as they travel through a series of themed locations. The journey covers Toys, Pirates, Space, and Prehistoric settings, giving the campaign enough environmental variety to keep its stages visually distinctive. The narrative itself remains deliberately uncomplicated, serving mainly as a framework for the platforming and encounters with familiar characters. Gameplay follows an accessible formula centered on running, jumping, avoiding obstacles, collecting objects, and confronting enemies. The controls and level concepts are designed to be understandable without requiring extensive experience with the genre. This simplicity is one of the game's defining characteristics. Veteran platformer fans may find the challenge relatively light, but younger players benefit from being able to learn the mechanics without facing an intimidating difficulty curve. Progress tends to emphasize enjoyment and exploration rather than repeatedly punishing mistakes. Familiar Ryan's World personalities are also incorporated into the action through special attacks and abilities. Players can make use of Gill's Barrels, Peck's Slime, and Moe's Spaceship to stun or defeat enemies. There are additional playful interactions, including opportunities to ride on a giant Shelldon. Power-ups contribute another layer of variety, with items such as Moe's pizza temporarily granting invincibility. These mechanics are intentionally easy to understand, but they help make the adventure feel connected to its source material instead of functioning as a completely generic platformer with recognizable characters placed on top. Exploration is encouraged through Sun Coins and Ryan's Surprise Eggs distributed throughout the stages. Finding them adds an optional objective beyond simply reaching the end of each area. The rewards also connect to customization, since players can unlock different shop items and costumes. The available accessories include humorous outfits and equipment such as alien-themed hats and gaming gear. Cosmetic customization does not substantially alter how characters perform, but it gives younger players a reason to search environments more carefully and creates a basic sense of progression. One of the strongest additions is local two-player cooperative play. Having another person join the adventure makes the straightforward platforming considerably more entertaining and fits naturally with the game's family-focused design. Parents can accompany younger children, while siblings or friends can progress together. Cooperative play also helps compensate for the limited mechanical complexity because the experience becomes more about sharing the adventure than overcoming difficult platforming challenges. Support for Remote Play Together further expands the possibilities for cooperative sessions. The main platforming stages are complemented by several minigames. Activities such as Bulls Eye, Spaceship Flight, The Floor is Lava, and Fire at Will introduce alternative challenges between the more conventional sections. These diversions are relatively simple, but they provide useful changes of pace and prevent every part of the experience from relying exclusively on running and jumping. The Spaceship Flight portions are especially useful in giving the adventure a different style of movement, while The Floor is Lava uses a concept that younger audiences can immediately recognize. Visually, Ryan's Rescue Squad embraces a cheerful and highly colorful presentation. Characters have exaggerated cartoon-like appearances, environments use easily identifiable themes, and interactive objects generally stand out clearly against the backgrounds. The Toy, Pirate, Space, and Prehistoric worlds each establish their own atmosphere without moving away from the energetic visual identity of Ryan's World. The graphics are not technically ambitious, but technical sophistication is less important here than clarity and personality. For the intended audience, the colorful design is arguably more effective than a more realistic or complicated presentation would have been. The game's largest weakness is its limited depth. Experienced players are unlikely to find its platforming particularly demanding, while its combat and power-up systems rarely require elaborate strategies. The story is equally straightforward, and players unfamiliar with Ryan's World may not feel much attachment to the characters or references. Many of the mechanics come from familiar platforming conventions, so anyone expecting substantial innovation will probably leave disappointed. The game's strengths depend heavily on approaching it as children's entertainment rather than judging it exclusively against platformers designed for older and more experienced audiences. There is still some incentive for completion beyond finishing the story. Collectibles, costumes, unlockable content, and Steam achievements provide additional objectives for players who enjoy fully exploring stages. These elements extend the experience without forcing younger players to master unusually difficult mechanics. The relatively modest system requirements also make the game accessible on less powerful computers, which is useful for a title designed around family entertainment rather than high-end graphical technology. Ryan's Rescue Squad ultimately accomplishes what Stage Clear Studios and Outright Games Ltd. appear to have intended. It is a friendly, uncomplicated platformer that turns Ryan's World into an interactive adventure filled with recognizable heroes, villains, collectibles, costumes, minigames, power-ups, and themed locations. It does not offer enough complexity to satisfy players searching for a challenging or innovative platforming experience, but that is clearly not its primary objective. Its strongest qualities are accessibility, colorful presentation, recognizable characters, and cooperative play. For young Ryan's World fans, particularly those playing alongside siblings, friends, or parents, it provides an enjoyable introduction to the platforming genre without overwhelming them with complicated systems.
