Rose of Winter

Was really excited to play this, but it's basically a fluff piece with no interesting character development, immediate attraction (building it is way more intriguing), basically no choices, and Falkner's path was gross. :(

what a cute little story! the music and the character design was so fun! I loved the writing and all the options :3

This was my first ever visual novel and I've not been the same since. A wonderful, heartwarming introduction to the genre!

非常可爱的乙女小甜饼，这部是我啃的第一个生肉，玩了十个多小时，实际流程肯定是没有这么长的，这部还是挺短的一部小游戏。 我是特别喜欢这个画风和色调，明明游戏的背景是在冬天，但整个游戏粉粉的，显得十分温暖和浪漫。凛冬玫瑰，指的就是我们热烈而坚韧的女主角。女主真的很可爱，有点胖胖的，遇到各种困难的事情都能挺身而出，带着一种浪漫又纯情的少女气质，整个故事的氛围就像一场带有浪漫色彩的大冒险。 女主为了自己当骑士的梦想和为家里人赚钱，在宾馆兼职接单，作为其他人的保镖。一共有四个男主，四条路线，这四位男主角分别是不同国家的王子，每个王子都有自己的特点。游戏的形象设计比较欧美，都不是那种日式美型的风格，但是几个男主都各有各可爱的点。这个游戏的ui我也很喜欢，一开始选角色的时候像徽章样式的镜子一样，我当时就是看了这个选路线界面决定入手这款游戏的。选项的样式很像那种丝带，有一种哪怕是骑士也可以有一颗浪漫无比的少女心的感觉。游戏的立绘拆分有很多，虽然演出上比较单调，但是每个角色的表情很多样，能够表达的感情很细腻。 游戏的英文文案还是挺简单的，比较易懂，整体的风格比较日常，虽然在旅途的过程中有很多危险，但是节奏并不紧张，有很多温馨和浪漫的相处。四个男主的故事框架比较类似，一般就是相处，了解，遇到困难和最后的浪漫定情。但每个男主路线的核心问题不一致，男主都有自己的苦恼，而女主与男主共同面对后也会获得心灵和精神上的成长。游戏是第一人称，有很细腻的心理描写，还有一些非常有哲理的话。游戏有选项，选项一般都是不同的态度，最后会决定he还是be，但我不太懂这个是怎么划分的，小人国王子那条线总是打出来be。游戏里的cg数量还可以，很多cg都很大胆有趣，这种卡通的画风绘制出来的互动cg有着独属于它的浪漫，但很可惜的是没有cg画廊，能不能隐藏对话框我忘了，难以收集纯cg这点有一些难受。 故事上我最喜欢的是乌鸦的线，因为这条路线最有意思，带有魔幻色彩，最后的结局也很巧妙，故事里的很多东西也很浪漫。不过我最喜欢的男主其实是龙族王子，因为他很柔弱比较需要女主保护？立绘也是这几个角色当中最美型的一个，脸上的鳞片又给他增加了很多魅力。 虽然女主是骑士，也有在故事中真正的保护了男主，但是我觉得这部游戏与其说和这种能力和体格有关，不如说与心灵有关。游戏讲述的内容更偏向是一场以罗曼蒂克式冒险的心灵按摩，放松，浪漫才是这款游戏的最大核心。在我看来这样的设计是一种反直觉的设计，有很多的新鲜感。 [quote=随便瞎写] [strike] 我在随便瞎写，感谢你的认真观看 [/strike] 查看更多胡言乱语请点击[url=https://steamcommunity.com/groups/xiangxieshenmexieshenme] [u] 随便瞎写的东西 [/u] [/url] [/quote]

Quite shallow, narratively speaking.

I got this game on sale for a dollar, and I would say that it was definitely worth that much. I don't think that I would buy it full price, but it was cute, and I enjoyed it. There is a good and a bad ending to each character, and it's pretty easy to know which answers will get you the good ending, but I didn't mind. The art is pretty and simple in a nice way, and the stories are well written in my opinion. There was a lot more reading and not as many choices as I was expecting, but altogether a good game for the sale price. I played through the good endings of each character, but I didn't do the bad endings because I don't like sad endings haha. You might be able to get another few hours out of the game if you want to do both endings for each character.
