I bought this on a 90% off sale, and even for $4 I still feel I overpaid. The game plays like early 2000’s shovelware; the controls are possibly the worst i’ve experienced in a shooter, the animations and cutscenes are abysmal, and the game can’t maintain a consistent frame rate even with all graphical settings on “Low”. The controls are ultimately what sealed the deal for me. There is zero customization beyond X/Y sensitivity, but there are massive dead zones and acceleration problems that make the minute to minute gameplay feel absolutely awful. I have been playing shooters on a controller for decades, and I have never had so poor of an experience. I really don’t know how you mess up a Robocop FPS, but they managed to pull it off.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

⭐ Overall Rating: 7.5/10 RoboCop: Rogue City can be described in one word: ambitious. I'll write this review with the budget constraints of Nacon and Teyon in mind. I'd like to start off by saying that the game looks exceptionally clean and beautiful. Not to mention it's atmospheric as ♥♥♥♥ with all the lumen reflections. But the sad reality about using Unreal Engine 5 is that it looks extremely generic. Hate to be that guy but sometimes I can feel when a game looks "soulless". Except RoboCop himself, most other characters look extremely basic and cartoonish. Teyon didn't use any motion capture for any of the characters so they seriously look out of place and moves back and forth in cutscenes. Unreal Engine 5 has this certain look where I KNOW it's Unreal Engine 5. I got a feeling that the devs mostly used stock or default settings for the majority of the game, but given the extremely low budget, that does make sense. This game kinda felt like an Asset Flip to me, and I don't mean it in a bad way. But yeah, nice graphics and reflections, but it does look generic at the end of the day. A small note on the performance, or maybe it's just UE5 being UE5, is that the frametime graph isn't stable at all. You will feel frame drops and stutters from time to time and while it's not a dealbreaker, it's something to keep in mind. Now to the meat and potatoes of the game. The gameplay is ODDLY satisfying and addictive. It's sort of a slowed down FPS game with a calm pacing. The game gives you a permanent burst-firing pistol called the "Auto 9" which comes equipped with infinite ammo, which IMO, is a great thing as the game is extremely forgiving when it comes to resource management. You can also equip a secondary weapon; mostly picked up from dead enemies. Every weapon in the game has an amazing sound design and does provide you the dopamine you need, so it goes without saying that headphones are recommended. On a side note, the background music during combat sounds amazing too and does give me Batman vibes. But I digress; the gameplay can feel a bit too slow at times, especially given the fact that RoboCop simply can't sprint. However, he can power walk. He also attains a set of skills when you upgrade his skill tree like dashing, flashing, shielding and slowing down time (which is pointless tbh since RoboCop himself gets slowed down). Finally, there's this mini game where you can get "PCBs" and slot in chips you can collect during missions, resulting in you buffing your Auto 9 pistol. It does feel a bit gimmicky and overwhelming but you'll get the hang of it quickly. Best way to describe the gameplay is "arcady". As for the story, it felt.... okayish. To be brutally honest, I felt like Teyon or the writers sort of wrote the story after the fact. To sum it up, it's about a Cyborg having a conflict between his human and robot side. They game does give you the option to choose dialogues yourself but it really doesn't matter to the overall ending or plot. The voice acting does feel extreeeeemely boring, slow paced, and occasionally cheesy. I mostly felt burned out or straight up bored during the grace periods of the game, like while in the police department and hospital where you just walk around running small errands for everyone. I seriously wouldn't even consider playing the game for the story. If I were you, I'd play this game as a palate cleanser. I'd wouldn't really be locked in and take this game seriously cuz the game itself doesn't take it seriously (not in a bad connotation). Think of it as a stress reliever where you'd play to blow of some steam. I've played it as a secondary game during my 80+ hour playthrough of Batman Arkham Knight so that's something to keep in mind.
RoboCock
In diesem Sinne, habt Spaß :)
Don't waste your time. The "main" gameplay loop consisting of shootouts and improving Robocop's skills can be entertaining at times, as long as your keep you expectations low. However, the game insists on constantly interrupting that loop with semi-open areas that have you search for lost cats, towels and to serve parking tickets. All of this takes places in the same 5 areas which you go back and forth to for every mission; it gets old fast. Then there are the psych evaluations which have as much depth as a horseshoe puddle and the "Robocop is glitching" sections which rely on the overused "hallucination" trope and consist of you walking in a straight line down a corridor, with no other input whatsoever, and drag on for what seems forever. Speaking of glitching, the game made my PC shut down entirely on three occasions, all random as far as I could tell. This game should have went for the same style as the "Doom" remake with constant action as it would fit the source material a lot better. The fun you can have in this game is about as much or less than Robocop's remaining organic matter, the rest is life-less padding.
