A sci-fi colony sim driven by an intelligent AI storyteller. Generates stories by simulating psychology, ecology, gunplay, melee combat, climate, biomes, diplomacy, interpersonal relationships, art, medicine, trade, and more.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Теперь я знаю кто сильнее, человек или морская свинка....
You buy the base game and play for hundreds of hours. You look at the DLCs and pick the one that looks fun to try next, play for another hundred hours, then repeat. If you want a recommendation though, Ideology plays the best with other DLCs (at least the ones I have). You can shape an Ideology to enhance the playstyle of another DLC. Some DLCs (Anomaly for me, heard Odyssey is similar) does not mesh super well with other DLCs which makes them feel less fun(?) I still love Anomaly though. I love this game in general. What I'm trying to say is, I just stayed up til 4AM going "oh but I can do this thing, it'll be quick" about 30 times before finally shutting off because my next few goals are a bit... rimworldy :)

Of the 6 markets with a position on both sides, 6 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 51.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 43.17/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 50.57/day in the week to Aug 7 → 64.29/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 51.43/day in the week to Aug 6 → 60.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Es como jugar The Sims pero en vez de estar en un poblado ♥♥♥♥♥♥, se desarrolla en la colonia mas culera de Latinoamérica, me encanta.
not a colony sim its a anything sim. want to harvest organs (you can) want to play farming sim (you can) want to have a naked tribe in the amazon (you can) want to run a mafia and a slave trade (you can) want to build a cool base out of steal and watch it get burned down (you can) if you can think it (you can) do it

I'm usually more of a cozy gamer, but I love simulation games so I really wanted to try RimWorld for the first time, and with only the tutorial I was absolutely hooked with it. I love all the things you can do in the game to create unique stories and you can adapt so may things that each save is truly unique. This game technically has an ending that I should try to find, but there are so many possibilities that I feel like I can use this like one of my infinite life simulation games and it works. In general, I really recommend this game and I feel that even if you don't want to play a high survivalist game, you can still love this game thanks to the multiple storytellers and difficulty modes, which is just great.
