Rimi Kaikkonen Racing 60 Seconds takes the basic idea of a racing game and turns it into a deliberately ridiculous race against time. Instead of competing for first place, setting traditional lap records, or working through a motorsport championship, players control fictional former racing champion Rimi Kaikkonen and have exactly 60 seconds to locate a beer bottle hidden somewhere within each stage. The unusual objective immediately establishes the game's humorous personality and makes it clear that realistic racing is not the main attraction. Developed by Tero Lunkka, Valkeala Software, and Manturo Studios, and published by Valkeala Software, the game is a small-scale arcade experience built around short challenges and rapid retries. Its collection of 14 themed levels gives players different environments to navigate, but the fundamental goal remains consistent throughout the experience. Find the bottle before the timer reaches zero and the stage is completed. Fail to reach it in time and another attempt is required. The strict countdown is what gives such a simple concept its sense of urgency. Sixty seconds leaves little opportunity for leisurely exploration, meaning players need to quickly understand their surroundings and determine where they should be heading. Directional arrows provide guidance toward the objective, preventing the search from becoming completely random. Even with that assistance, players still need to control the vehicle efficiently and avoid wasting precious seconds by taking poor routes or making unnecessary mistakes. Driving is firmly positioned on the arcade side of the racing spectrum. The electronic F1-inspired vehicle is less about reproducing authentic professional racing behavior and more about moving rapidly through each environment. Speed is obviously important, but blindly accelerating is not always the best strategy. Since locating the objective matters more than simply reaching a finish line, environmental awareness becomes part of the challenge. Learning a stage after an unsuccessful attempt can therefore make the next run significantly easier. The game offers three different camera perspectives, including a third-person viewpoint and two interior views. Third-person is particularly useful when learning an unfamiliar environment because it provides a wider understanding of the car's position and nearby obstacles. Interior cameras create a more immediate driving experience and can be enjoyable once the route is familiar. This is a relatively minor feature, but having several viewpoints gives players some control over how they approach the brief challenges. Its structure also lends itself naturally to achievement hunting. There are 14 achievements associated with the game's levels, providing a straightforward additional incentive to complete the entire selection of challenges. Because attempts are limited to only a minute, repeating a failed stage does not demand a large investment of time. This quick restart mentality is one of the better aspects of the design, especially for players who enjoy learning a route through trial and error before eventually producing a clean successful attempt. Visually and thematically, the experience embraces its low-budget and surreal character instead of attempting to imitate serious Formula racing. The strange combination of an aging fictional racing champion, a high-performance-style electric vehicle, hidden beer bottles, and one-minute objectives creates an intentionally comedic atmosphere. It is the sort of premise that works largely because of how unnecessarily dramatic the race against the clock becomes. The biggest weakness is inevitably repetition. Although the environments change, the objective does not fundamentally evolve beyond reaching the bottle within the time limit. Anyone expecting elaborate racing mechanics, opponents, vehicle tuning, championships, realistic pit strategies, extensive progression, or deep simulation will find very little of that here. Its appeal instead depends on enjoying short arcade challenges and accepting the intentionally silly premise. Fourteen stages also make this a relatively compact experience, although additional content could improve its longevity if more levels are eventually introduced. Steam Deck compatibility is currently not officially rated by Valve, so it should be regarded as unverified rather than confirmed as Verified or Playable. The game's relatively straightforward controls and modest concept suggest that handheld play may be feasible, but the absence of an official Steam Deck compatibility classification means players should not assume completely trouble-free operation. Controller behavior, text readability, performance, and any required configuration may therefore vary. Overall, Rimi Kaikkonen Racing 60 Seconds succeeds most when treated as an eccentric arcade diversion rather than a conventional racing title. Its one-minute stages create immediate pressure, while the mixture of driving, navigation, hidden-object searching, achievements, and deliberately absurd humor gives the game a distinctive identity. It does not offer enough mechanical depth to satisfy players looking for a substantial racing experience, but its compact structure makes more sense for short sessions and players who enjoy unusual indie concepts. The result is a modest but memorable experiment built around one joke and one uncomplicated gameplay loop. There is satisfaction in learning each environment, correcting mistakes, and finally reaching the objective with seconds remaining. Its limited variety prevents it from becoming a particularly deep racing game, yet the unusual premise gives it personality that more conventional projects sometimes lack. For players willing to embrace its absurdity and modest scope, it can provide a brief and amusing challenge. Rating: 5/10

This game lacks a certain spark and the developers' experience. It's fun.....you won't get bored here!......but only within the context of a small indie game. The selection of cars is limited, but there are plenty of levels. And it's cool that there's an in-car view (first-person). But this game definitely isn't suited for a steering wheel... just WASD!
the premise is completely unhinged. you’re an old f1 champ driving an electric car around random levels trying to find a beer before the 60 second timer runs out. miss it and you restart. following arrows in the cockpit while desperately looking for your drink is genuinely hilarious. 14 levels go by fast. stupid arcade concept, but honestly pretty fun for a quick laugh.

I like this in-game camera view! it makes me feel like a pilot! But it gets boring pretty quickly :( I give it a 7/10
Cheap, short, zero adrenaline. Still, yeeting an F1 between abandoned cars is goofy af. Worth nothing, but fun enough to kill 30 mins.
Фонк дрифт, я хасаню мне так клева
